These guys are fraud. They took pre payment and completely disappeared. They will not take my calls or messages. Dont trust these bunch of idiots. Look for a bar registered movers for peace of mind

The guys were calm and professional. They were also patient when access to the property was difficult, but there was no stress and we resolved the issue easily enough. Job was completed quickly and without any damage to doors, walls etc. Would definitely recommend.

We agreed on 2 men for our move and only 1 man turned up almost 2hrs late when we was on a very tight schedule and we also booked 2 months in advance!

When speaking with Victor who sold us on a happy peaceful move and took a 100% deposit from us, he said that he would get a refund to us as soon as possible. This was further from the truth.

We had to complete the whole move with this 1 man who was really struggling by himself to the point of him asking for help.
We broke down all furniture and packed all boxes, loaded/ unloaded the whole house together.
I didn’t mind helping, but when you pay £600 for a move, you expect them to be prepared especially when it was booked months in advance.

Our move was in July and have been calling, whatsapp, and emailing like there was no tomorrow due to the lack of communication after they take your money.

We finally received a very, very low and poor amount for the inconvenience that was caused by them on the day of the move.

Please be warned, everything will sound like it’s going to go perfectly, but if they mess up in anyway, be prepared for a battle to get even the smallest amount of compensation.

I would strongly NOT recommend using this company but if you do, I wish you all the best.
Just be careful of Victor and Asim and don’t trust the high reviews. I’m pretty sure they’re from family and friends.

They went back on their quote as they didn't remember giving it to me. The removal guys were heavy handed and broke the first bit of shelving they picked up as they just yanked it and not even a sorry. Just blamed it on the shelving (which was not even a year old)
They charged me £200 to do a second trip though I'd already been quoted and paid for 2 vans. But only one van was provided.

And after I was asked to check the van at the end of the day and the guys were moaning how late they were going to get home, though they were 4hrs late getting to me after blaming it on a pregnant woman.
That afternoon they left me and I'd made space to make my bed, I discovered that my 4 foot coffee table with a cantilever lid was missing, and when I phoned up about this on the Monday and mentioned that the guys disappeared for an hour. I got a raised voice asking if I was accusing the guys for taking my table.
And now after nearly 2 weeks, I find I have a box missing. This box included CDs and version 3 Echo.

But I know there's just no point phoning up to complain or try to get compensation as they will just deny knowledge.

So please avoid these guys at all costs! As you don't know what extra prices you will have or what items will go missing!

Absolutely amazing experience. They give affordable all inclusive plans. The movers were really polite and very quick.

100% recommend. Especially if you're knew to London and you've never done a move before.
