Urbanlockers Recenzje

The two stars is because customer services were friendly and getting a refund was without quibble and straightforward. However, I never received the order and consider it egregious folly as a business to trust your survival to a third party over which you have no control. I was given a 10 hour long delivery slot, they didn't come. They didn't say they weren't coming and no live tracking is available. Same happened the next day, and the next, and the next, and the next, and the next. Each time loaded on the van for delivery, each time didn't bother to come. Sadly urbanlockers were unable to advance delivery other than reassurances that it would come the next day which it did not. In the end I gave up and told the couriers to redirect the order back to urbanlockers given I wasn't going to get them, and they would have been tossed around the depot numerous times in the interim. Life is too short to dedicate 10 days waiting for something that is out for delivery. The systemic and unresolvable failures of the courier inevitably impact the obtainable score as no appraisal of the product is possible.

Delivery on time. Well packaged and protected, although a lot to get rid of too! Easy to assemble with 2 people. Comes with instructions but also has online animation and top tips. Sturdy, good quality. Loved the choice of colours. All good.

I bought The Chester - Fluted Glass Wall Cabinet In Sage and the product feels really good quality, was easy to put together and is exactly as described and shown on the website. I am so happy with it, it fits perfectly in the room and the shade of green is even nicer in real life. Would definitely recommend. I was a little curious to see if the metal felt cold or made the room feel cold but the powder coating seems to have taken that concern away, which I'm really happy with (mine is in the bathroom).

Estremamente soddisfatta.

The unit itself looks great. But it was the most difficult set of drawers I have ever assembled. This probably explains why the print out instructions differs to the 3d render video. One of the back of the drawers is now damaged because you have to bend metal into place to fix it together. Lastly, the drawers aren't smooth at all.

Ordered two items at the end of March, still haven’t received them.

They were mistakenly advertised as having a 3-5 day delivery window when in fact they wouldn’t be available for shipping until late April. The new shipping date came and went, no update so I contacted customer services and was told now it would be shipping a week later. It is now another week later, no further updates and no shipping notification. I’ve asked for a refund and will be buying a wardrobe elsewhere so I can actually put my clothes somewhere !

UPDATE : The below reply isn’t true - the order was marked as 3-5 days delivery and I was told “ It appears there was a stock oversight on our end, and your order wasn’t flagged to us. Unfortunately, the item you ordered is currently out of stock and is expected to be available for shipping again on 24th April.”

I was also never given any updates unless I emailed. I was very understanding about the initial delay but the lack of communication afterwards was unprofessional - not OK to then place the blame on me.

Great products - we have a couple of different sets of drawers and locker from them, with another one due to arrive for our new kitchen/dining area. all customs duty was paid by them, so no nasty surprises on the doorstep in Spain. Fast delivery, like within a week each time. Clear instructions. Love the colours and the manufacturing that the lockers have. Would definitely recommend this company to others!

Really happy
Just had the Wimbledon cabinet delivered. Super fast delivery and it looks beautiful - I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou

Very swift & prompt delivery . Just what we needed for extra stylish storage. Great value too so bought two !!!

Good communication. Great value. Excellently packaged. Great colour and finish. Great design. (fluted glass cupboard ) Went together well.

Real metal swatch
I got two swatches. Very swiftly. It helped me decide on the colour of drawers I chose. But I’d like an idea for how I can re-use them now. Could a return them so they can be reused? They are the size of parcel labels so it’d be a shame for them to just sit in a drawer. .

Very quick delivery, great quality product!

Urbanlockers haben coole Designs und einen flotten Service. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meinem eintürigen, knallroten BEXLEY. Montage war schnell und reibungslos. Alle meine Schuhe haben jetzt einen perfekten Platz!

I was hesitant about purchasing the Oxford Locker, as I prefer to see furniture in store, but I took a chance as this modern unit seemed just what I wanted for a bedroom and I wasn’t disappointed! My initial queries were dealt with promptly, delivery was quick, and I would use this company again. One happy customer !

We bought a four drawer chest from Urban Lockers . Delivery was incredibly quick and straightforward and the quality is excellent. Easy to put together and the instructions and video instructions are also very good. It looks great in our porch .

Ordered on the 5th April and item did not say it was pre order. Still haven't received it and I have had to contact customer services myself each time. Was told 20th now 30th. I did read the reviews on here before hand and knew that delivery might be the issue. Still don't know if they are a scam 😕 will keep this updated. Update -order has still not arrived, now told next week

Excellent service with great postage to northern Ireland the colour if the lockers are amazing very pleased with it

Very happy with the purchase. This is the second that we’ve purchased from Urban. Smart and easy to assemble. Also reasonably priced and a quick delivery. Very happy to recommend.

Bexley _ Tall Single Door Storage
What a great product at a truly affordable price. The Bexley has totally rejuvenated my kitchen with amazingly stylish storage space. The colours are fantastic and the light pink that we chose, perfectly matches our sage green cabinets. The kitchen looks beautiful thanks to Urban Lockers. I cannot thank you enough.

Amazing. Thank you for a great design and so practical but stylish.
