Urbanlockers Recenzje

Great quality, nice colours and super responsive service. Thank you!

We ordered the Mayfair cupboard and the Harrow and Richmond drawers for a son returning from uni. Delivery was quick and efficient. Assembly Instructions were clear and the furniture was easy to put up. Quality is very good- doors align well and drawers slide smoothly. Only minor issue was that the drawer runners needed a bit of brute strength to snap into place for the Mayfair and Harrow. Once up and in position they look really good - urban and stylish as the name suggests! Highly recommend.

Brilliant designs, brilliant furniture, brilliant instructions to put together the furniture and brilliant customer service. Brilliant all round :D

Il mobile è molto bello e fatto con materiali di qualità. E' arrivato ben imballato e con delle istruzioni di montaggio molto chiare. Un'ottima prodotto e una azienda affidabile.

I had a great experience with Urban Lockers. I bought the Oxford locker in mustard yellow, and I’m very happy with it. The locker arrived in perfect, clean condition and looks fantastic.

The delivery took a little longer than expected because FedEx experienced delays with customs clearance. This wasn’t Urban Lockers’ fault, but their customer support was excellent throughout the process. They responded to my questions very quickly, contacted FedEx on my behalf, and kept me updated until the issue was resolved.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. I would definitely recommend Urban Lockers.

Lovely cabinet
Very happy with the Oxford cabinet. Well made and looks good.

There are three parts of this review; the product, the delivery and the customer service.

The wardrobe i bought is great quality and east to assemble. The colour is a bit flatter than how it looks on the website but still looks great.

The issue is the appalling shipping company that Urbanlockers use who were a nightmare. I waited in all day on the day it was due to be delivered, I checked the status of the delivery in the morning and it was loaded onto the van but it didn't show-up. I was told it would be delivered the following day, so I waited in all day and once again it didn't show up. It did eventually turn up on day 3 of waiting in the house. It as infuriating and I paid £25 delivery fee for the privilege.

I emailed urban lockers explaining the situation, how I had to miss work to wait in for the delivery and the reply was essentially "we are having issues with the delivery company and we are sorry."

Despite being happy with the product, I don't think i would buy from them again because of the shockingly bad courier they usem

Fabulous colour, looks great in my hallway. Easy to put together. Really smooth drawer opening. Very pleased!

Took a while to find the right size/colour for my study but I really love the Kensington in Mustard Yellow. Took a little bit of assembly but everything went very smoothly and the finished article is perfect.

The locker arrived in Great time and was easy to put together. The condition of the unit was great and the helpful videos on YouTube made it really easy to make and avoided any confusion although the written instructions were also great and easy to understand 😀

Great lockers, excellent quality, look fantastic. Really, really pleased.

Unfortunately l have a piece of furniture that not only looks unsightly but is also IMPOSSIBLE to dismantle to return.
I bought The Lambeth as a storage solution for my new salon. On unpacking the day before my opening l found that a drawer front was dented in 3 places, although minor the dent on the back panel was not. Without enough time to find a replacement, l contacted Urban Lockers to let them know. To be fair to them, they replied promptly with a solution.
My husband managed to push the dents out so we built the locker.
The assembly is extremely difficult even with the online tutorial and the little metal tabs which secure some of the components are far too short to secure anything.
Once built it didn’t look too bad but you’ll need brute strength to fit the drawers!!!
2 weeks later and the drawers no longer align with the unit. The top drawer doesn't close properly, the bottom drawer doesn’t open at all.
The powder coating is not fit for purpose and scratches extremely easily. Ive had to buy a protective bamboo board for the top as my phone charger scratched it.
All in all not a great product. I’d like to dismantle it and return it but it’s impossible to do so. Im now left with a piece of metal which l shall be donating to the scrapman when he next does his rounds.
Very disappointing product.

I ordered the dark blue TV stand, arriving within time stated. Very well packed and very easy to put together (by my son). It is exactly as stated and the colour is excellent. Not only is the cabinet impressive but also that this company includes a good quality screwdriver in the order. I would not hesitate ordering again from this Company, well done to all. I am very happy.

Ordered two Camden forest lockers on Monday and they arrived quickly on Wednesday. Extremely easy assembly video to watch, made the process really simple. Really impressed with the quality and appearance of these lockers. Great sale price too. Would definitely buy again from them.

Outstanding
UrbanLockers were exceptional in terms of customer service and quality.
We orders 2 wardrobes and 2 smaller lockers and they were delivered within a week of ordering to far north of Scotland.
The communications were top notch and assembly was straight forward with very helpful QR to assembly instructions.
The build quality is simply outstanding, solid, strong and striking to look at.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different whilst supporting a smaller business rather than the mass produced market.

I’ve put 2 of these Chesters together (though not yet hung). Struck by how well made they are, eg. All the screw holes line up and everything fits together neatly. Instructions are all pictures with no words and fairly easy to follow. Impressed that they come with an internal bolt and a lock & keys. Overall, impressive given the quality and reasonable price.

Was so impressed by the first locker that I ordered another one within days. Well-engineered, smooth, lovely colours, really easy to put together, like a jigsaw. They recommend two people doing it but one person with patience can do it too. Best of all, stellar customer service. Very patient and polite, speedy replies and professional throughout. High recommend the lockers - I’d put them in every room if I could afford to!

Product arrived quick from England to The Netherlands. Very well packaged. Nice locker, well painted, good quality. Instructions are very clear, easy to follow. Finished locker is really nice.

Very happy
I love this stylish and practical, well made piece of furniture . Excellent value for money and great customer service. Instructions for assembly were clear and easy to follow.

We recently decided to update our two bedrooms and came across Urban Lockers whilst looking for new furniture. We absolutely loved the design and colour range on offer and decided to go for it and purchased 8 pieces for the two rooms. We could not be more pleased with our decision! Website is easy to navigate. Furniture arrives within the stated delivery window and updates are given throughout. Customer service was fantastic - we had forgotten some relevant information at checkout and it was sorted quickly and politely! The pieces are lightweight compared to our old furniture which is a real selling point for us, easy to put together and easy to keep clean. The finish is lovely and they look beautiful on our rooms. The drawer space is ample and the drawers and doors and easy to fix with are able to be adjusted to they line up perfectly. We are already planning our next purchase a sideboard! What we are most pleased about is that when we move house the year after next we will easily be able to pick the furniture up and shift it about - the icing on the cake! Really pleased we found this company… plus we now have 8 spare screwdrivers! 🙂💪
