Urban Kitchens Recenzje

Urban kitchen designed a kitchen for us and at last minute we decided to re design our kitchen and knock through to our dining room so it’s all open plan. Urban couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating with our new plans, the guidance we received was fantastic, we are so so happy with our new kitchen and new appliances, would highly recommend to anybody.
Thank you urban.

Absolutely fantastic design and construction. We were looked after from start to finish. Urban kitchens went out of their way to give us the kitchen of our dreams! The standard of fitting is the apex of workmanship!
We could not be happier with the design, service, delivery and fitting. We weren’t really sure of what wanted in a kitchen, but through patient questions Urban kitchens managed to produce a design that exceeded anything we could have imagined!
Thank you

What a great experience we had buying a kitchen from Urban Kitchens in Preston!
Ben was absolutely great to work with. So knowledgeable, understanding and absolutely no hard sell which was important to us.

Ben knew the products well, everything was really reasonably priced and he was great about little tweaks and alterations along the way.

We now have a functional, gorgeous kitchen and we’re absolutely thrilled!

Thank you Urban

Nothing but positive things from start to completion!
Ben designed our kitchen writhing 30 mins, he knew exactly what we were looking for even when we didn’t and made our dream become a reality! Communication was excellent throughout! Urban Kitchens really look after their clients.

Chris the fitter was amazing! Nothing was a problem for him, a number of times he would say “ it’s your kitchen if I can do it I will” Chris is very particular and quite the perfectionist and coped wonderfully calmly with some challenging problems!

I couldn’t recommend urban kitchens enough !

Thank you very much

From the very start, Ben at Preston has been absolutely fantastic to work with. His patience, knowledge & all round attentive service would not be found elsewhere! The kitchen itself is beautiful, we couldn't be happier with it & in the words of our joiner 'better than Howdens!'... We wouldn't hesitate to use Urban again or recommend to family & friends, thank you!!!

Ben, you and your fitters are amazing. Thank you so so much for our beautiful new kitchen. From start to finish you were 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble for you guys. And Ben you have so much patience and knowledge you are amazing. The fitter was very skilled and very tidy. The plumbers, electrician and plasterer all absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so so much Urban Kitchens. Your a great team..

Thank heavens for the highly recommended Urban Kitchens! We were signposted here from our building planner and it was the BEST part of our whole extension journey. I just wish everything else had been so easy! Ben Fletcher was literally on hand at every opportunity to take us through the process, anticipating every need and providing brilliant communication and expertise to guide us. He emailed and kept in contact at every vital point and proactively chased our builder for information and the supplier for delivery dates. It took so much stress and pressure away that I don't think I truly appreciated how much that made a difference. The quality of the kitchen just mirrors the high quality customer service but to us it was this exceptional personal experience that has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are truly grateful and cannot thank Ben enough for all of his efforts to support our brand new kitchen installation. It is fantastic and we are so pleased with it!

My hubby and I moved into a new build with a lovely new kitchen from Urban Kitchens. We needed a few extra units installing and weren't sure about what would fit and where. Ben came to our rescue and used our existing kitchen plan to design a super island along with extra units. The work was completed on time and to a high standard and Ben was ultra helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. We are really delighted with our completed kitchen and want to thank Ben and his team for their excellent service.

What a fabulous experience from beginning to end!
Do not bother going to the big kitchen firms.
Came here after being messed about with a big company… back and forwards with different prices.
Saw Ben… he designed the kitchen, a few tweets and it was perfect!
No hassling, just a fantastic price that we were happy with,
Ben was fantastic!
The guys who delivered the kitchen were polite and helpful too!
We had a slight problem when putting it together, but Ben was on hand to solve our dilemma!
Hats off to Urban Kitchens!
Highly recommended!

Couldn’t recommend Urban Kitchens enough!! Great service from start to finish, the process was very smooth and the end result is amazing. Our kitchen is better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you, we couldn’t be happier!

Excellent design, delivery and installation of our new kitchen from start to finish.
The team at Urban Kitchens gave us 1st class service and great advice throughout the process and at a price that was hugely better than the other quotes we had. The quality of the units and fitting are second to none. The communication has been great throughout and I would recommend thoroughly as your 1st call if looking for a new kitchen.

Top class service from Ben and Josh all the way. Nothing was too much trouble even when we changed our minds about some details part way through the build. Would definitely recommend Urban Kitchens to anyone wanting a great kitchen at a good price.

Thank you to Ben and team for our kitchen. Ben went above and beyond to ensure our kitchen was right due to an unqualified kitchen fitter. Thank you Ben - I would recommend Urban Kitchens

We are in the process of purchasing a new build property, the developer uses Urban kitchens preston.
We had our first meeting with Ben yesterday to choose our new kitchen.
We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted prior to the meeting.
We wanted to make a number of changes to the original design. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything at a level that we understood, he even identified areas were we could gain further storage and accessibility.
The updated designs were displayed on a large screen as the designs were changed and updated which was a huge help.
Really promising first meeting and experience with this company. When home we received additional plans and images of our kitchen via email, as it was a Saturday we were not expecting this.
I will update the review as the project proceeds but would strongly recommend Ben's services.

Ben from Urban managed the whole process from choosing the kitchen, giving advice and helpful insights and was always on hand throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased and would like to give Ben and the team a big thank you. We would positively recommend Ben and Urban.

We shopped around for a new kitchen and Urban Kitchens were by far the best price with excellent quality kitchens. Ben was a great help with good advice and good communications. Nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind on some of the designs it was sorted straight away. What I really like about this company is, they called when they said they would and turned up on the days that we arranged, they never let us down.

Joe the fitter was great, he even boxed in some pipes to match our beautiful new kitchen.

Don't bother going to the bigger companies; you'll only end up paying the earth for the same kitchen.

I will definitely pass on our experience to family and friends and anyone else looking for a new kitchen.

Just had a new kitchen fitted in one of my rental properties. It was a very tight turnaround as we needed to get a new kitchen ordered and fitted within one month between tenants. Josh at Urban Kitchens was incredibly helpful, making the process super easy and even organised the kitchen fitter. Great service, great value and will definitely be using them again.

Nothing was too much trouble for Ben and the team, he provided helpful advice regarding design and kept an eye on progress throughout.
We changed our mind about a couple of things but this was accommodated without a fuss. After sale service was all we would have expected. We are delighted with our new kitchen.
The fitters did a great job too, neat and tidy workers.
I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Kitchens to anyone embarking on the new kitchen journey.

From start to finish excellent service.
Design, choice. Our tenant is very happy with kitchen and our joiner commented on quality was better than other kitchen places he usually uses.

Ben and the team at Urban Kitchens made the whole process quick and simple. They took what we wanted on board and gave lots of helpful advise along the way. Excellent customer service and great quality design and products. We're really happy with our new kitchen!
