Recently purchased this custom made shirt and the whole process was simple and organised. From sharing my measurements to confirming my order, everything was smooth. Communication was easy and straight forward. A great option if you are looking for something closer to your fit. I usually don’t see this option while shopping online.

Wow! So glad I found this place! The selection of clothes, Quality and high-level fashion can’t be beat! My finest clothes are from here…I feel so stylish and up to date with my wardrobe now. I live in Phoenix but found Urbanheer in Kirkland,WA. I’ll definitely be shopping online from this place!!

A Beautiful Hidden Gem in Kirkland!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with the home owner and the talented designer Avi of this stunning boutique in Kirkland, and I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment you step inside, it is clear that so much thought, care, and passion went into every square inch of the space.
The store design is absolutely beautiful-elegant, welcoming, and perfectly curated. What truly sets this boutique apart, however, is the experience of working with the team and owner. They are incredibly pleasant, warm, and attentive, making the entire process an absolute joy. The pricing is very reasonable for the high quality they deliver. If you are looking for a wonderful experience and exceptional design, this is the place to go!

Buyer beware. My order has been stuck on "order confirmed" for two weeks. I have called and sent messages for a status update with no response.

I placed an order in June, I got a confirmation email with a delivery date and address. I wasn’t told until days after the delivery date that the items I ordered were actually pre ordered and wouldn’t be shipped until mid-end of July. There was nothing on their website stating it was pre order items. It is now almost the end of August and there is no update on my order and customer service doesn’t respond.

I had purchased this blouse while on vacation. I loved it so much I wanted another color. I was able to locate o e on the Urbanheer website. It was less expensive. The ordering was alittle tricky, not all the colors they had available showed up on a search, but it worked out. They kept me updated on the delivery which was great since I was hoping to wear the blouse for an event. I will definitely be ordering more from them.

So wonderful! The staff was so kind. The shop is in such a beautiful location and has a wonderful variety of clothing. I would highly recommend visiting their Kirkland storefront <3

Do NOT buy from Urbanheer.

I placed an order on Jul. 1, received a confirmation, and three weeks later, my order still hasn't even shipped. It is now more than a week past the promised delivery date, and the company has completely vanished.

I have repeatedly tried reaching out through both emails and phone calls, only to be met with total radio silence. Taking customers' money and refusing to ship products or answer basic support channels is completely unacceptable.

Save yourself the money, time, and massive headache. SHOP SOMEHWHERE ELSE

Update:
Only after they saw this review, a guy from urbanheer called me and finally decided to send me my package (which they should have a month ago).

Guess what. After another two weeks of waiting, I get the wrong order delivered. I won’t say this twice: NEVER BUY FROM URBANHEER. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT, SUPER LATE SHIPPING (ONLY AFTER A NEGATIVE REVIEW THEY WILL RESPOND), AND ADMITTED TO HAVE “INTERNAL ISSUES” THAT CAUSE ALL THE DELAYS.

Did I also mention it’s my second time buying from them. They gave me a $20 coupon to make up for the first time they messed up. And wow, did they prove me wrong. An even worse situation/management after they promised this won’t happen again.

Purchased item was not delivered initially, but customer service has been responsive after receiving a complaint.

What company have you done business with that sincerely appreciates an appreciative customer (which was earned btw) and sends a "mystery gift"? THIS COMPANY DID JUST THAT! Not a good experience. Not sure why they have so many good reviews, when they haven’t shipped my order in 2 weeks and haven’t been responding to emails. Also have different emails listed on social media accounts. Almost as if social is more important than customer care. Probably gonna dispute the purchase.

Great shoes, they fit perfectly and very comfortable and look great. I’m still getting a lot of compliments on them.

First time ordering from this retailer. I ordered the wrong size and sent an email shortly thereafter asking if they could switch sizes and they were able to do that without any trouble whatsoever.
