I received a email asking me what my…

I received a email asking me what my concerns were when I placed my order so they could design my orthotics around that information. Customer service at this point has been superior. Ironically I don’t have foot pain but do have hip pain and a new knee joint that causes pain when standing or walking too long. My gait isn’t right. I am looking forward to receiving the orthotics to see if they help. I have a feeling they will help a lot. So far, I highly recommend Upstep. Rick L

Can Upstep really make a custom orthotic?

Initial experience was great.
Received the imprint material, and shipped back.
Sent the information on how to make it, based on my current orthotic. Even received a praising email, thanking for my detailed instructions. (Was this a computer or AI generated response?)

Just received an email saying they couldn't make it.

Let's see what happens.

So far, not so good

Though I haven't yet received the fitting kit, I've been disappointed by the lack of communication after I purchased the product. I've asked via chat and email for more information, but only received chatbot responses that promised a response...then, none came.

Happy Feet!

Very good customer service.They corrected the first pair of innersoles created and sent the replacement pair within a week. Definitely an improvement in the correct support needed for comfort. It's been 3 days and so far so good! Definitely recommend their products!

Upstep could not deliver and now I have to pay 15%!

Upstep could not deliver my order as promised and has decided to charge me 15% for canceling the order. Need I say more???

Bad every step of the way

Long turnaround with multiple delays. I ordered the product for two issues I have and they did not disclose to me that the product would only assist with one of the issues. When I saw that the product only helped with half of my issues I reached out to customer service and just received unprofessional emails calling me the wrong name with constant spelling errors and not even properly reviewing their prior emails. Their responses were rude and stubborn refusing to compromise or admit to any issues.

I don't like the waiting

I don't like the waiting. I can only wear work shoes with my current, orthotics, but not other shoes during my days off. I am really looking forward to having all my orthotics in all my shoes so I can put shoes on and go! I didn't realize this is such I "waiting period" process. I guess I will have to be patient about it.

My experience with Upstep is ongoing

My experience with Upstep is ongoing, and each time I reorder, I get the BEST service, the most helpful people on the Upstep staff, and always feel like they're really paying close attention to me and my needs. The first stage of communication with my assigned customer service agent has been outstanding. I received an update on the construction of my orthotics within 7 days of sending my imprint foam . Great customer service I’ll update my review when I get the finished product!!!!!
