I never received my order. Customer service just does not respond. Total scam!

Same issues as other complaints. They charged my card immediately and made statements referencing shipping to be within a couple days.
After contacting 1.5 week later, I recieved an apology saying they were short on product. It would ship in 2 days. There was a shipping label made, but nothing physically shipped. After 1 week of sending emails to please cancel my order, which were ignored, I received tracking that order was shipped. Almost a week after that I received product. Next day I received an email apology about delay but nothing about why they wouldn't cancel order before it was shipped.
At least I received order, and relatively faster than others, In part probably because I emailed them every day, but will never use this company again.

I ordered this on 6/2 and it said a label was issued on 6/4. Contacted them three times by email; no one returned my emails. On 6/12 I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute because I am not paying for something I didn't get. I just received a notice that it has been shipped. I will refuse delivery of it or send it back myself (return receipt requested). I am sorry I didn't check these reviews before I ordered. I do not want to support a company that operates like this.

I ordered on 5/23. Still haven't received my product. Email on 6/7 and was told it hadn't let yet and that it would be out in 48 hours. 6 days later I got an email saying shipped. Now it's been almost another week with no product. So much for 3-5 day shipping.

Broken record here. Ordered on 6/2/26 with shipping within 1-3 days of order and 3-5 days for delivery thereafter. Got a follow-up email on 6/8/26 that there was a "snag in transit. We're keeping tabs on it and working with the carrier to get things moving again." Today is 6/15/26 and no updates. Sent an email to help at uprootclean.com, then Googled if the company was a scam. Found all these poor reviews. Overall bad experience since ordering. Still looking forward to receiving this product, but conscious that it may take a while, or I may have to enter into a charge dispute with my credit card company. I have patience, I just don't like feeling the little communication I have received is fictitious.

Also, really sus that there is a generic apology posted to every unsatisfied customer's review. Did anyone REALLY get an email sent to them after they posted? Or is this an AI response with no human behind it? If they can respond to a bad review online, why can't they respond to an email timely?

On a side note, I have placed orders before online for popular products - most which come from overseas, and some have experienced disconcerting delays. I understand there are delays now with tariffs and customs, but don't market that your stuff gets sent from Florida and I live in the same country and it's still not at my house.

I've been waiting for a response about my order, both email and their chat on their help desk, and still nothing... Pretty disappointed about this because I choose uproot over another brand since I liked using the products but now I'm starting to lose trust.

Ordered the washing machine pro, washing machine cleaner ultra, dryer sheets and detergent. The pro arrived after a couple weeks. The ultra after two months dryer sheets and detergent never arrived and Uproot Clean won't respond to emails. Very shady company. I give them 1 star, but they don't deserve it.
After leaving this review, Uproot responded and acknowledged that after >two months my third order was never mailed. There was great confusion with the Uproot customer service. Even though i had given them the order number, they confused it the order that was only 2 months past delivery. If they fulfill my order shortly I will change and update my review.

I ordered on 6/6 that was 9 days ago, I have emailed 3 times now and NO response and apparently I can’t get my money back because no response to that either. Buyer beware of this company!

My very first order from this company has made me never want to order from here again. Placed an order, received a confirmation email, then received a shipping email and estimated delivery date. There has never been any movement on the tracking info (still only shows 'shipping label created') and it is now a week past the delivery estimate. Tried twice contacting their customer service on the site which states 'usually responds in a few hours', and have never received any response of any kind, it has now been 5 days since first attempt at contact. I have filed a dispute on the payment because this is ridiculous and the whole experience just reeks of a scam.

I have been trying for days now to get a response on how to get a refund. You have refused to replay to either my emails or chats. You have refused to post my reviews. I was hoping that this would be an easier process but it has not been. I had to dispute the charge to my credit card company. No matter how good a product might be if the customer service is this bad, its a company i will never do business with again ever. How do I get a refund?

UPDATE (6/26) after writing this review they did reach out and take care of my order. I have since received it and so far like the products. Hopefully after seeing all of these negative reviews they work on their ordering / shipping process.

(6/12, 1 star) I ordered from them on May 21st. There has been no updates since. I reached out to them multiple times to no avail. Finally I said to cancel my order bc I thought that would get them to respond - it didn’t. For a $150 order I’d expect a lot better customer service. This is super frustrating. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Went to check on the status of my order that was placed 10 days ago and it is still in pre shipping. According to their website orders go out in 3 business days. A label has been made according to USPS however that was 6 days ago and they haven't received the package. I have emailed the company with NO RESPONSE!!! This shows poor customer service, and lack of care to customers. They also have no phone number just email?? To me this becomes a very fishy company. How can you run a company where your clientele can't get a hold of you by phone? I have no way of cancelling my $50 order. I can't get a hold of anyone. Sounds like many others are in the same boat as me. Until I receive the products I ordered my review will stand on this company. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered on May 25, 3 different amounts have shown up on my credit card; 26.45, 26.95, and 31.79. All three of these charges were posted May 25. I have not received anything from this company. I recently read the reviews and it seems this company is a scam. I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card, unless I receive the order within 4 days.

They don't ship the orders, they don't follow up that your order hasn't shipped for a week, and they don't respond to emails. Their policy says they ship in three days and if it hasn't shipped to email them but they don't respond. Their phone number listed in PayPal seems sketchy. It goes to a voicemail with no company identifying message and they don't return calls. If you need the item I would order from chewy or Amazon as their company, if it's legitimate, at best isn't prepared for the business their aggressive marketing has attracted. It's a shame as it seems like a nice product.

I placed an order three weeks ago and it still is in Pre-transit mode. I've emailed them three times with no response. There is no phone number to call or method to cancel an order.

Update: Tha company did follow through with delivery of the product, once they saw my review. I tried the product and it is great! I does what they said it would! If they had better customer service and delivery time, I would have ranked them higher.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Uproot. I had gotten products from them in the past, and I really did like what I had received, so I thought I was ordering from a reputable company. I selected 2-4 day shipping, and expected to hear from them within a couple of days. The charges went through on my card, but I did not receive any notification that my order had been shipped. After a week, I reached out to try and find out if there was a problem with fulfillment, and to see if I could modify or simply cancel my order. I didn’t get a response, so a couple days later, I tried messaging again. I still received no response, so I wrote a more strongly worded email, demanding a response and cancellation of my order. Still nothing. I sent them one last message, telling them if I did not hear something back from them in 24 hours, I would dispute the charges to my card, and post an honest review of my experience everywhere I could thing of. Still no response, so, I disputed the charge, and now begin the reviews. If you enjoy loosing money, time, and patience, then by all means, purchase from Uproot. Otherwise, please save your sanity, and shop elsewhere.

Ordered the uproot clean grooming kit and grooming heads may 28th. It shows a label was created June 1st but the order status hasn’t updated since then. Ive purchased products from uproot before so its concerning to see others recently having the exact same issue not receiving their orders.

no shipping info, no nothing. they sure are quick to take my money though!

Update. I did eventually get the product and a paltry 15% refund. I ordered May 14 and got my small order on June 24. The wait was not the problem, the main issue was they simply would not contact me for weeks despite my repeated emails. It wasn't until I commented on here that I actually heard from them. I hope they can get whatever is preventing them from responding to customers properly figured out because the product is really nice! It completely cleaned my washer. But still, be wary.

This company has still not fulfilled my order and will not respond to me for customer service. I didn't place a very large order, just one for a washing machine to try and it's been over 5 weeks. I've been emailing daily and I haven't heard a single thing from them. Do not buy from this trash company.

Less than zero if that was possible! I have been trying to get my product since the end of April. I was told it would be delivered the first week of May, didn’t show up! Reached out when the first week of May my order hadn’t shipped and explained I was moving May 15 needed to either stop the shipment and get a refund or have the order sent to my new address. I did get a response and was told they would send it out the next day and I should have it before my move. Nope. Went out the Tuesday before my move (on Friday). Arrived the week after I moved and was returned to the company. I have reached out to UpRoot multiple times at this point I’d say at least 5 times with zero response. So. I’m here out almost $75.00 and no product. If this is how this company does business they’ll be bankrupt within the year!
