Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on June 30. They create a shipping label immediately so your order shows as “in transit” and you can’t cancel. It’s now July 21 and my order hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted the company and they just ignore my messages. They’re clearly selling inventory that doesn’t exist.

I ordered a uproot washing machine cleaner on June 13. Today is July 19. After several emails of them saying that everything is fine, they already created a label, etc the order finally shipped. I am in Washington state and the order was sent to Michigan. What a joke. Just so you know that this is a real review, my order number is UC192392012

Ordered two packages on June 30th through the Shop App. As of today I have no details on delivery. No response to my last three emails. And no requested refund. I’m stuck on a payment plan for a product that I never received and no longer want. The dishonesty is astounding.

I placed an order on July 1st. It is now the 17th, and it still has not shipped. I emailed customer service and they (shockingly) responded right away.
HOWEVER, they told me that my package will ship IN 5 MORE BUSINESS DAYS. What?!?!
I immediately requested to cancel the order and unsurprisingly, they have not responded, even though I replied to their email immediately. If I don’t get an email confirming a cancellation or a tracking number, I will be contacting my bank.

I have used their products before so I decided to buy the pet grooming kit because they said it will ship 3-5 business days. However, here we are 17 days, multiple emails later they said they have created a shipping label. Then they still advise to wait another 10 business day (14 calendar days) for it to ship, not to mention how long it will take for delivery. I wish there was a way I can cancel it. THAT 3-5 is VERY MISLEADING!!!
I will never order anything from them again

They need to change their on-line presents to be "we create a shipping label REALLY quickly" but we won't ship your item for WEEKS! I'm sure they also won't say, but don't worry, we'll take your payment IMMEDIATELY.

Customer service absolutely sucks! When you do receive an email it always reads... "We're sorry to hear about your experience. This does not reflect the standard we strive to uphold..."

Maybe stop taking people's money until you can meet YOUR standards.

UPDATE, while I do honestly appreciate the response below and the follow up email, it seems like a pre-filled out response or AI generated response. Especially when they used the same verbiage below as I said they would in my original message above. ;-)

This company charges your card right away, sends you emails every day trying to get you to order more but won’t send their orders within orders for over a month. You can see from the reviews this is common practice. They have never sent any email saying they were short on product or having any difficulty. They just don’t email and don’t send the product. When you contact them they simply say it will be sent soon. I ordered on June 14, 2026 and when 3 weeks passed I emailed customer service and received an email back that it was shipping “soon”. It’s now July 10, 2026 and I just received part of the order without explanation of where the rest was. You see in their responses that they say it’s not their normal service to take so long, but it actually is. Everyone seems to be having the same problem and getting the same BS response. This is the second order I’ve made and had the same over a month wait with no communication about the order. I gave them a second chance and they showed me that they don’t care, lie about shipping times and then lie about this not being their standard way of doing business. IT IS THEIR STANDARD WAY IF DOING BUSINESS!!!

They were very slow in shipping my order. It was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived damaged. While still usable, it was less effective than tools I already own. I'm surprised that retailers like Target and Walmart carry these products given the brands poor service and product efficacy. They promise 24/7 support but only offer chat which I've seen live, maybe twice, with a 15+ minute wait, and via email, which they don't respond to. I messaged them via Facebook and was told I'd need to email them. They keep making the excuse that they are a small team. This is doubtful. I am extremely unsatisfied with their service.

The promise of order turn around in 3-5 days is not the case.I ordered on June 6, 2026 and received my order July 9, 2026. No response to my message requesting order updates. The deshedding brush is awesome. My three pets yielded a large grocery bag of fur. The wash machine cleaner made my washer smell good, we’ll see if it does its job to clean it when laundry is washed and has no smell.The fabric/furniture brush worked well. The glove to remove pet hair is rather useless and only picked up a few hairs which were nearly impossible to remove. My biggest dissatisfaction was the supposed $50 and $10 ‘FREE’ gifts I received. They were: 1 one sample pack of ear wipes which is neither $10 nor $50 and one 50 count tub of ear wipes which are listed on your site as $29.99. I want to have the offer of 50/10 gifts fulfilled. I want to return the glove hair removers for a refund. I attached photos of my order number/date, the items ordered, and the receipt date information requesting satisfactory communication and fulfillment. I interestingly there was a ‘problem’ with my message and it did not go through. I will be trying again. Assuredly!!

It took a week and half for it to say it got delivered but they didn't deliver anything to my house. They took my money and ran with. Typical 21st century modern day business screwing people out money.

Ordered 23jun26. I reached out on 03jul26 & received a reply saying it was awaiting pickup by the carrier. As of 08jul26 still no movement. I have reached out again. I really wanted to like this product, but if I can’t even get it to my house how will I ever know. Please don’t make promises you can’t keep.

I ordered uproot because all the hype card charges on June 10th today is July 7th still don't have any product I think they need to cut back on marketing until they fix shipping problems.i ordered meds for my dogs teeth from China on the 16th of June and I checked today it cleared custom's in ny .but the uproot I ordered that's coming from Florida to South Carolina is still pending,I sent email asking them to cancel it no response

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am sorry to report I am having the same issues as others. Ordered the washing machine cleaner tablets in early May. I am still waiting for the product!!
I did receive responses to my several email inquiries but they were full of excuses and empty promises. I have read great reviews on the product but this type of customer service is a complete turn off.

I placed an order for multiple products 5/17/26, and my card was charged immediately. I reached out to the company 3, 4, and 5 weeks later asking for status without a response. I filed a report with BBB and that day they switch my status from unfulfilled to fulfilled, with an estimated arrival date of 6/29. The tracking link says "oops, something went wrong". Emailed company again, they asked for order number now won't reply. I have still not received any product.
Update- after leaving this review, I received an email apologizing for the lack of communication and stating they will apply a 15% refund. They still did not say when I can expect my products. I replied to their email with that question.

Ordered product found it cheaper on amazon sent a email to cancel it the next day before it was shipped and of course no reply once I got the product they answered the email and said I could send it back at my cost and also lose the shipping I paid when the product was ordered poor customer service DONT ORDER FROM THEM After my review the company wrote me a email apologizing for the poor customer service I got and gave me a refund for my whole order. This shows this company realized they did a wrong thing to a customer and fixed their mistake. I would like to acknowledge them for them for that and thank them.

Ordered in May. 4 weeks went by nothing. Messages sent reply wait is on the way..I place after 6 weeks a dispute they sent it anyways. I was instructed to decline the package. Went to the post iffice they inform me i needed to have processed in Brooklyn . I live end if Queens because I was a private mailing machine and the seller as per scan is in Brooklyn. The website says Doral, Florida!!!THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS.

I purchased uproot clean washing machine cleaner ultra and laundry detergent sheets ultra on May 25, 2026 and finally received them on June 29, 2026. They stated on their website they were made in the USA, all the products I received were made in China. I have requested to return them, but I have yet heard back from them. I would not have purchased them if I had known they were made in China and the time it took to get them. False advertising!!!

I ordered washing sheets in early May. Finally received an email stating would be shipped early June. Then another email that there was a problem. Now it's June 28th and still nothing. I've sent like 10 emails asking about my order. It's been paid since May, and haven't even received one email concerning my order. They are scamming me. Took off with my money and delivering nothing in return.

I would love to give a review on this product, but have yet to receive it. I received an email that a label had been made on Sunday 5/24/2026. But then received notice on 5/28/2026 that there are delays in shipping. 5/24 was a month after ordering.
Doesn't really matter how good a product is if you cannot depend on shipping to deliver said product. 5 more days then I will cancel if not received.
I had upgraded to the Ultra plus...whatever.
At this point I cannot recommend.

I placed an order in April 2026. After not receiving the order, I contacted their customer service on May 3,2026 and again on May 9,2026. I received a response from Uproot on May 20, 2026 stating that one of the items in my order was out of stock, and that they expected to have them again by May 30, 2026.

The items never shipped. I requested a refund on June 6, 2026, and was told on June 13, 2026 the refund was being issued. As of June 27, 2026 I have not received the refund - and I have not received the products.
