I loved the platform especially on the financial forecasting. The whole platform too was easy to use and navigate. I am already recommending the platform to my networks and associates.

First but the best business plan I was able to create with the templates available for diffferent business ideas. Super super good for startups. Support them with a subscription for them to support a world of well thought out entrepreneurs. Don't think twice to subscribe as they are sample templates available before hand to appreciate the quality of templates created by the team and the ease of use of software.

Upmetrics helped me a lot to do my financial calculations for my business plan. And when I asked for a small feature enhancement, the team got on it very quickly. I really appreciate it !

Using Upmetrics was a positive experience and the templates and available options were very good and the examples for individual sections truly helped me start my business plan … unfortunately I like to work from my smart phone and I had issues with viewing the app unless I was on my desktop computer … more than likely my older version IPhone which I love wasn’t to compatible but on my desktop it worked well … unfortunately I wanted to work on the go from my phone … but my customer service executive that helped me was very honest and helpful in helping me cancel my plan … but if your a business owner That likes to use a desktop and or has the latest high tech phone or iPad I’m sure it will work for you …

This is the best business planning software I've used so far and I've tried a few. Will be staying right here as it offers everything I need.

I have been looking for an All-in-One platform for Business Plans & Financial Forecasting. After testing many Apps, I finally found Upmetrics to satisfy my business needs.

Pros:

1. The onboarding process will help you get set up and understand the platform's features in a matter of minutes.

2. The cloud platform is very responsive, and pages are loading fast.

3. Upmetrics has excellent business plan templates with remarkable examples and valuable tips & hints to make it easy for anyone to build high-quality business plans.

4. Other outstanding features that can be integrated into the business plans are the Financial Forecasting, Business Pitch Templates, Canvas Modeling, and Pinboard.

5. Behind a successful business, excellent customer service! The Upmetrics team are good listeners to their customers' feedback. I have purchased many apps for my business, but I haven’t seen a support team that cares about their customers' feedback like this team. All my questions were answered very quickly, within 24 to 48 hrs! When it comes to customer service, I wish there were more than 5 STARS to give! Please keep up this outstanding customer service!

Cons:

Nothing I can think of for now. Even if I find something down the road, I am not worried about it because the team behind this platform is AMAZING and is listening to their customers’ requests. Based on the customer experience I have enjoyed and the team's passion for making it even better, I will give this great platform 5 STARS & the support 5 STARS.

Usable view analytics are still to be done. Having unique, password-less URLs for every viewer would be nice to have, so that viewer specific link could be sent in social messaging app or email and enable per user analytics.

We are a small non-for-profit group with a growing international membership base of new market entry start ups. A key element to a small business success is early stage business planning and financial planning. We did a fair amount of research for software companies that could help our membership in these areas and we recently choose UpMetrics. The thing that we appreciated the most is we were able to communicate directly with the principal(s) on some key elements in our development and they were very very accommodating in all respects. This web-app simplifies the heavy lifting of thinking/planning of writing a business plan, a pitch deck and many more. It comes with samples template, helpful tips, and a very well written documentations.

One of the most important section in a business plan is the financial planning. Upmetrics made it easy for me to put up my finance, funding, and other financial related things into the business plan.

The template gives me an idea about what I should include and how to write them. Making my template, there are useful hints/ tips throughout the page.
Imagine a website builder but for business plan. A business plan builder. How amazing is that?

The web-app itself is very smooth to load, it's not lagging at all, very responsive. This is important as we are not working on a software installed on our computers but a web-based application.

I hope soon they will introduce more integrations with other web-apps.

The support responds to emails and questions quickly, this is important too! I have high hopes that they will include many outstanding features in the future.

Upmetrics makes creating a business plan extremely easy.
Most founders lack a structured process to present their ideas and Upmetrics helps immensely with that.
The only con I can think of is that they could improve their UX a little bit to break things down even further which would make the process less overwhelming when you do get into the weeds.

After trying Upmetrics, I wish to highly recommend this app to anyone who cares about security and requires to write a business plan flexibly and to a very high standard.
I've tried most apps out there including LivePlan, Bizplan and Cuttles and found them all either frustrating or missing something critical. Upmterics had it all from all tools at your finger tips from writing text, styling and inserting beautiful plots/figures or even to work with sheets similar to Excel... all in one place and under the hood of a professionally looking interface.

The financial plan was one of the key things that have stood up for me, it is very well thought of and easy to setup and use.

More importantly, the team at Upmetrics are busy developing and improving tools and components that really matters to businesses rather than anything superficial or cosmetic.
