Upmetrics is a phenomenal tool that has made a drastic improvement to our planning and efforts to streamline planning with ore efficiency. We leveraged integrated AI to dramatically accelerate the early stages of planning. What might normally take weeks to assemble can be created quickly. Having clear financial benchmarks has allowed us to compare ambition with practicality and make informed adjustments to ensure we remain on course—or push beyond our original goals.

I have used liveplan before, and while it has great bones, the AI component of Upmetrics reduces a lot of time in creating at least a foundation to build upon. The business plan is easy to use with clear organization. The financial services offerd was a huge help in doing what would have otherwise taken us a year or more to complete. It has been helpful to review our dreams vs reality and now with benchmarks in the financial forcast we can adjust as needed to stay on track or exceed expectations.

I signed up last year to do a business plan for my business. I was unhappy when they automatically renewed at full price without notification. However when I approached them they did refund me although I still had to pay admin costs. So if you use it you have to be extra careful to opt out or its otherwise automatically renewed.

Great service if you want to create solid presentation for your startup on a budget. Final product will look like you spent 10k on a consultants. Plus customer service reaction is beyond industry standard, have a feeling that founders themselves chatting with you))

NO APTO PARA HISPANOS, es una buena herramienta para hacer el plan de negocios, pero no es adecuada para personas que no hablen ingles o quieran trabajar en otro idioma, auqnue se peude traducir al español, solo traduce el nombre de cada capitulo, los contenidos siguen siendo en ingles, los videos tutoriales y ayuda SON EN INGLES
de otro lado, la IA que usa definitiviamtne NO ES MEJOR que CHAT GPT, las frases y contenidos que entrega son de menor caliad que GPT, creo que peudes hacer algo simialr con GPT

PUNTO MUY A FAVOR, es que la verdad es economico, 20 doalres al mes y puedes cancelar cuadno quieras, asi que tener un poco de ayuda en ingles x 20 doalres y luego cancelas... es econcomico

We worked with Jay and Kaylee, who asked a lot of great questions and invested time and brainpower reviewing a fairly large amount of information about our company and products. We had a deadline and they agreed to meet it.

We didn't know how it would turn out, but they exceeded our expectations on multiple fronts. Most valuable was how they took a fresh look at our business and problem that we solve, and they verbalized it precisely and succinctly.

They delivered on every front - and were very reasonably priced as well. We can't recommend Upmetrics enough.

Ease of use and fairly priced

I had the pleasure of working with Kaylee and Jay on the financial analysis portion of my business plan, and their expertise was crucial! From the beginning, their focus on detail significantly enhanced my plan's quality. They took the time to understand my business model and provided valuable insights on financial projections that aligned with my vision.

The support and resources from Kaylee and Jay were essential, ensuring accuracy in every figure and solid data backing every assumption. Their professionalism made the process smoother than expected. I highly recommend Kaylee for anyone needing help with business planning.

Overall: Great. I quickly onboarded and enjoyed the experience. I was provided a platform that took my business plan 10x better than what I could have done on my own, or even more so!

Pros: The simplicity and intuitiveness to help augment my workflow were exactly what I was looking for. As professional as I am, it is always nice to “enjoy” working, and Upmetrics does just that for me. Also, I had a couple of support issues which were addressed with lightening speed. This is a huge factor and they at Upmetrics have customer service nailed.

Cons: Upmetrics is not perfect. There are some quirky things as with all software and systems. What I did not like was the menus always requiring me to re-hide them when switching sections. There are a few other minor areas of UX improvements that could happen, but I do not have a big fish to complain about.

Overall: There is very good understanding and interlinks between your apps within your platform. The AI rewriting is fabulous. There are still some glitches as I remember, which we can discuss in details through your support, as we have already started. I hope you will implement my improvements suggested or requested. It will enhance dramatically the experiences of all your customers.

Pros: It's like the Rolls-Royce of preparing such documents!!

Cons: Unfortunately, that Rolls-Royce needs a very good driver.

Reasons for Choosing Upmetrics: I still use Beautiful.ai too because some investors want to see slick visuals, which is not available in Upmetrics pitch deck app. It is too textual in my huumble opinion.

Switched From: PrometAI
Reasons for Switching to Upmetrics: PrometAI failed on their promises. They still have a long way to go and if Upmetrics is the Rolls-Royce, they are not even ordinary BMW yet.

I couldn’t have wrote my Business plan without Upmetrics. I had no idea what to write and it was very helpful using the AI, guides and samples. I absolutely recommend.

Upmetrics is a great tool to help guide someone through their business plan. It was a fantastic way to help me get started after feeling so lost and unsure of where to begin. It helped demonstrate to me the strengths and weaknesses of my business and helped me highlight my business in a manner true to my mission.

I required a business plan for the bank within a couple of days. I found Upmetrics and I didn’t know what to expect, but I’m so glad I found them as the business plan was so easy to create with the help of AI too. The bank approved the funding so it confirms how good it was.

Good platform, AI really helpful, export and format really well. Only downside on cashflow, it's not really clear how some data are calculated. Not perfect for italian banks, but that's normal.
