Upstates were absolutely excellent through our process of buying a house. They were helpful, helped chase solicitors to move things forward and were generally just very supportive. I would definitely recommend them. Staff were lovely and professional and supported us when we didn’t understand parts of the process.

Becky has supported us whilst selling our property and purchasing another one (also through up estates), she has been informative and helpful and has answered all our queries within a timely manner.

Up Estates are pitched perfectly between the online fixed fee outfits and traditional percentage based agencies.

Whilst offering low fixed fees, they still have proper offices with well trained, professional staff and great local knowledge.

We had a great experience with them from our first contact right through to completion, and believe me, our sale was far from straightforward.
