This company is a tragedy
This company is a tragedy, zero respect for the customer. I was supposed to get my package today, I got information that it would be 14-18. I spent the whole afternoon at home waiting for the courier, he didn't show up at all, no information about changing, totally bad approach to the customer. I didn't receive the effect. The package cannot be contacted from the customer service center, they don't care about the customer. Never again UPC do not use this company if you don't want to get upset!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRAUD IN PRODUCT OFFERING
For ten days have been asking to have a certificate linking the UPC that I purchased to me to show Amazon to allow my package product to be sold on their site.
RADIO SILENCE, after one response saying they "could" provide this needed information. BUT NOTHING IN ACTION FROM UPCS.com, which is also SNAPUPC.com
