YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE THEM FROM GS1 DIRECT AND FILL IN YOUR OWN DETAILS, IT IS CHECKED BY AMAZONS AUTOMATED SYSTEM, EVEN IF THE NAME IS WRONGLY WRITTEN BY 1 LETTER THEY WILL REJECT IT.
don’t get me wrong I wish I could use your barcodes as GS1 is too exspensive but we can’t and I don’t want people to lose out on money purchasing your because your obvious going to keep doing this to people. And now you are scamming them

Hello, please email us with details of your issue. We can't contact you as we don't have your order number. Our FAQ is clear about Amazon and we can definitely help you sell your products. The codes DO work on Amazon
Update: you emailed and we replied, but you didn't want to communicate your order number or email that you used to purchase, we have no trace of your order or of the email you allegedly send us to inform about the issue. Without other information we assume that you purchased your code elsewhere
Edit: WHY THE ALL CAPS? This is simply not true and many reviews here can prove it. Amazon accepts our documents where you can write your own brand. If you tried instead of focusing on writing unfair reviews your products would be online and selling.

We emailed you and haven't received a reply yet. You get TWO versions of the codes, one with 12 and one with 13 digits. It is in the email you received after purchase
Edit: we emailed you several times and you didn't reply. I assume all is good now and you have everything you need. It would be great if you could update your review accordingly.

unusable codes
Went to use my barcodes but they've been sold to another company and used so completely unuable!
Edit since they want to call me a liar. I used a few on Amazon a few years ago no issue. I’m trying to use the last few I never got around to using also on Amazon and a company called “sportswear express inc” now owns all my barcodes. All 10 of them. You can look this up on the gs1.org website.
Company have responded via email stating “ Unfortunately, there’s little motivation for us to assist further since you posted a 1-star review before giving us a chance to respond.”. Refuse to help when negatively impacts them. Will be taking this to trading standards.

This is simply not true. You purchased codes in 2022 and used them extensively for many years. Now you are trying another platform with other requirements. We can help you with that
Again, untrue. We explained that the codes were resold to you from the ORIGINAL company, then you mentioned another issue but without supporting document. Most of our customers sell on Amazon. We offered you to help with additional documents that are sometimes needed since you originally purchased and used in 2022.

Hi, we understand your frustration, but we’d like to point out that you have purchased from us several times in the past without any problems. This issue can unfortunately arise when rogue sellers misuse codes on Amazon, which is completely outside of our control. It’s not possible to detect this beforehand, and we share your frustration when it happens. As soon as you contacted us, we immediately offered either replacement codes or a refund to resolve the matter.

great service, images not perfect
So it's really great, fast service and everything. The one complaint I do have is that there is some sort of pattern thing over the numbers, that makes it impractical to edit into a product - I for example want a bar code that is fully black in cymk, and the files seem to be in rgb only, which is fine, I can fix that myself, but since there is some corruption around the numbers I'm going to have to fix so much by hand. I assume it's some sort of antitampering feature, and I don't know if this is added by barcode love, but it would be really nice to have a clean image to work from
