ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!
I LOST $72.00.... worth of Codes for Amazon that do not work! Until this review then they refunded in full.
Customer service is a complete joke and waste of time. MAKE YOU GO IN CIRCLES OVER AND OVER WITH ZERO RESULTS.

Some codes popped up with other products already assigned to them. Round and round trying to get them to honor refund under their guaranty. You will NEVER get your money back. They give every excuse saying they have sold to over 150,000 companies. Years ago they were ok, NOT NOW!

They should have done the refund when I asked, without dragging me on for hours and hours. Still not happy and won’t use again.

I have recently bought a 100 barcodes from UPCs.com and did received the barcodes. I have tried to contact them and they did replied. They have deducted funds from our account and we are struggling to get hold of them. Any advice?

The UPC code they sold me its registered with another company and its used, I contacted them last week and they answer every 3 days with nosense, at this point I have my merch in a box cause I can't use the code and they didn't give me a new valid one or refunded me the money! Do not lose your money with them! Terrible customer service!

I purchased UPCs in March for Amazon store and after a month of trying with Amazon (they were super nice), and as a former Amazon worker; we could not get UPCs to work. Because we were sold USED UPCs, and I contacted UPCS.com countless times, via their platform, email, with proof of purchase... NOTHING..> SCAM... DO NOT BUY from this site...

I DID contact but the replacement ones also dont work. Please check your email and send CLEAN UPCs
