Useful product
I bought the Upbikers last summer. The initial product was old, I understood it was a problem with Amazon Logistic, but based on my feedback, it was replaced by Upbikers with a better and new one, free of charge.
The product has proven to be very useful, especially on the city streets when you have to put the feet on the ground often and on the road mountains, where is always a level difference when you stop. Also, you can change the gear easily because its design, no accommodation time required.
I would rate the product with 5 stars if it weren't the issue with the initial product, but it worth to mention the good after sale service, considering that the problem was promptly resolved , without additional costs on my side.

Works great
The front keeps sliding off the toe of my boot, but it makes my riding experience 10x better, way easier to touch the ground. and shifting is pretty easy once you get used to it

Erreur de saisie du destinataire
Erreur de saisie du destinataire commise par leur service. Dommage ! J'ai joins le service client par mail et mon interlocuteur a été très réactif. Ne pouvant modifier le destinataire pour le signaler au transporteur, j'ai été très rapidement remboursée. Parfait donc de ce point de vue. Par contre c'est compliqué de trouver une adresse mail pour communiquer.
