I leased some tires total $390 or so

I leased some tires total $390 or so. When it was time for my first payment to come do they sent me an email saying they were going to take three payments on my payday I took them at their word didn’t look at my bank account. Figured it was going to go in on the third, my payday no they did not take it on the third. They waved. Didn’t tell the following weekend and tried to withhold a payment that got returned because of insufficient funds have they taken the three payments when they said they would would all be good but instead now they voided my 90 day payoff and refuse to give me a complete statement of what’s been charged and why. I see all these people of writing complaints to the Better Business Bureau.. that’s fine but if you really want to go after them for their shady business practices, you contact the consumer protection agency, the Better Business Bureau and the federal trade commission who governs how they do their business they can be fined we can be forced to give you your money back and they can audit all their books. So if you really want to get back at them go to the federal trade commission that’s who really governs what they do just letting you know because I’m doing this and I can guarantee you when it’s all set and then I’m gonna have paid more for those tires than what I should’ve but I will get my money back and in the interim I hope it opens an investigation that causes them huge problems because if they’ve done it to me, they’ve done it to hundreds of others which I can tell by looking at the Better Business Bureau again FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION

Everyone l had a concern or needed to make a payment on a different date all l had to do is call and make the change, there customer service was exceptional !!!!!!
