By giving customers a simple, straight-forward lease-to-own payment option on everyday items, Uown works hard to make that happen. A lot has changed since 2008, but our focus on doing business the right way remains the same. We see both our merchants and consumers as part of the Uown Family. When Account is paid off STOP THE ALLOTEMENT CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REMIND YOU TO STOP ALLOTEMENT AND BE REFUNDED!

When ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL ALLOTEMENT OF MONEY SHOULD STOP BEING TAKEN FROM PAY CHECK SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL IN TO BE REFUNDED!

I never received my lease agreement for…

I never received my lease agreement for tires. I was charged a down payment though. I called and they said that it was my device that wasn’t compatible (iPhone 16) ok. They said they would refund my deposit and I could start again. They said I would receive the deposit that Friday. I didn’t. I called Saturday and they promised I would receive on Monday. Monday is here so I called again. They said to give it 5-7 business days. What!?!??! I’m over it.
