also they are unreachable by phone

The 14 working day's stated on our website is the usual shipping time for overseas orders. Unfortunately orders can take longer especially during the Christmas period,and this is out of our hands I'm afraid.

First time, there will probably be a second one!
I liked your little story about granny etc and my husband told me it was her who put in the little candies in the package.
Only one thing; the delivery came in two separate packs with separate pick-up dates which meant 2 trips to the post, luckily not too far away!

Brilliant service!
Two days after placing my order I had a wonderful email from Uniquelooks informing me that my precious package had been sent - it was worth purchasing from them just for their entertaining email!
My parcel arrived later that day!!!

Good service but long delivery
I was happy with the product and the customer service but it took ages to come imo longer than average at abot 11 working days but overall when it came I was happy so 3-4 star

Silky service with perfect products!
My wife tasked me with buying her usual hair wax. I found the unique looks website after an internet search. I got the hair wax for a great price in fact it was so good I bought two. They came really quickly which was excellent. I also liked the quirky note I got with the package and mini-packet of love hearts was a nice touch!! I will define tly buy from unique looks again!! Great service!
