Rupa has been extremely helpful along the whole process of getting a flat. She responded swiftly to all the queries I had and provided updates on the progress each and every step making the stressful moving process a pleasant experience for me. Thank you so much for all the help so far!

To frankly put worst communication I’ve ever had with a letting agency/agent. As a tenant the agent took weeks to reply to my email then whenever they decide to respond, they expect rush and quick turnover in return. Agent has to sense of time or even time management and cares very little about property. Raised an issue and was asked my availability come then to come by. Told them my availability and they took a week to respond and the requested my availability for the following week where they did they same thing again. Absolutely the worst!

They where super helpful and quick.I have also recommend them to all my friends and family.

As a tenant, we have had a lovely experience renting through Rupa and Uniqletts. Contacting to arrange a viewing was easy and efficient. Viewing the property was straightforward and all our questions were answered either immediately or in a follow up email. Moving in/handover was just as simple and all issues (thankfully only minor ones) have been resolved very effectively.
