I’ve had a really positive experience with Uniqletts. Whenever I’ve needed something dealt with at the property, they’ve been responsive, helpful and quick to get things sorted.

Most recently, my boiler stopped working and they arranged for an engineer to come out within just a few hours. The issue was resolved there and then on the same day, which I really appreciated. A particular thank you to my letting agent for responding and arranging everything so quickly, especially as she was actually abroad with her family at the time.

This has been consistent with my experience throughout my tenancy. When my previous bed collapsed, they arranged for someone to come out and build a replacement on the same day, and he was also kind enough to help assemble my table and chairs.

Overall, I’ve found Uniqletts very cooperative and easy to deal with whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s reassuring to know that when something genuinely needs attention, they respond quickly and do their best to get it resolved. Very happy to recommend them.
