Dreadful

Sent out 4/5 T-shirts with food stains on them and 1 tshirt wasn’t what I event ordered.

Customer service on point. The team were brilliant in handling a mistake on my side, the returns portal was easy to use and the support from Pat was great. They were able to get my order out to me ahead of Christmas and saved a blunder.

I had an issue with my order because I didn't put the house number but the customer service was amazing once they replied. I got my package and im 100% satisfied with my purchase

I had concerns over exchanging an item and getting a new item shipped out in time for Christmas. Despite it being a very busy time for them, Pat responded very quickly to my emails and worked her magic.
The new item arrived in time for Santa to leave it under the tree and Dad was so pleased with his present.

I placed an order on December 15th after seeing 3-day shipping advertised at checkout (a key reason I purchased this as a Christmas gift). Nearly two weeks later, the parcel still has not arrived.

Customer service later explained that delays were due to backlogs caused by Storm Bram and the closure of Fastway. While it’s reasonable they may not have known immediately, once delays became apparent, customers should have been informed before purchasing. There was no banner or notice on the website, and I wouldn’t have placed the order had delays been clearly flagged.

Communication was polite, but I wasn’t given any clear or tangible delivery update, and I didn’t feel there was ownership of the delivery expectation advertised at checkout. Clearer transparency upfront would have avoided disappointment.

I will change this rating when I hear back from them.

I have A LOT of clothes from this company. In general I love their clothes. Do I wish some things were better? Sure, after a few washes the colours tend to lose their vibrancy and I do think a lot of their stuff is overpriced. That said, I still choose to shop there. I stopped for a year after they started screwing up my orders. I recently came back and placed an order and yet again they messed it up and sent me the wrong size.

I’m not sure who is doing the packing, but they do a terrible job. Customer service is also slow to reply or not that helpful. I do hope they improve on all this.

I ordered in time for Christmas and was sent completely the wrong item even though the order form contained within the parcel listed the correct item. My son is without a present at Christmas and it’s incredibly sad and frustrating

They advertise with fast shipping (3-5 days to Germany) but it’s been two weeks an my order hasn’t even arrived in Germany!

Clothes look great, really good quality. Extremely helpful in getting a late order to me in Aus before Christmas and so pleasant to communicate with !

I had previously been happy with the quality of products. I ordered a Guinness jumper and it was faulty (at a seam) and I also thought the quality of the fabric was poor for the price. I was very disappointed when customer service failed to help me with a refund, which is a legal right of the consumer. If they don’t help me with a refund I will not use the website again.

Ordered some clothing from UN:IK. The quality is great and the designs are perfect. Had a request to exchange my items which Pat and Eve helped with for a seamless process. 10/10 would order from again!
