AVOID

AVOID- ordered a jacket and trousers, they were not the correct size so decided to return them for exchange. 3 weeks have passed. We have tried to email customer services (Stephanie) who was no help whatsoever. We have tried to follow up and now it appears their customer service email will no longer take emails. £100 down the drain (stolen) . No contact. No explaination. No help. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS BRAND, they will take your money and leave you in the dark.

Very disappointing as I loved the initial items.

To give you some context (not an excuse): we had a technical issue with our customer service email for about a week, which meant incoming messages weren't reaching us. That's now fully resolved, and we're working through every single return and exchange that got caught in the backlog — yours included.

Could you please email us directly at hello@kansuworks.com? It will come straight to us and we'll resolve your exchange (or refund, whichever you prefer) immediately. If it's easier, include your order number and I'll personally make sure it's handled today.

This company is an utter disgrace

This company is an utter disgrace.
Ordered 5 T-shirts, returned them for exchange, completed the necessary paper work, they claimed they hadn’t received the package 1 week after they had received it. I produced tracking info to prove the delivery had been received.
Then I received an email from customer services advising the had miraculously found the return, and what exchange would I like, despite me putting the required paper work in with the T-shirts. When I tried to reply, the email address on their website and the same one used by customers services, no longer receives incoming mail or it isn’t linked to their domain!
So, now I can’t reply to their own request, I’ve send several messages on social media with zero reply.
If you want to throw your money away, this is the company who will gladly take it and keep it with nothing returned!
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Social media is littered with similar issues!

Fantastic experience over all

Bought three hoodies (size large) doubtful of the quality. I'm picky here. But it turned out to be great. Thick yet comfortable material, great prints and overall fantastic experience with delivery in no time and helpful customer support when asking about an exchange. Will buy again.

Very bad customer service.

Ridiculously incompetent customer service. I bought 2 hoodies (very mid) and decided to return them. 20 days after the return was sent, I contacted CSto know what is going on with the refund, and Steph, was absolutely unhelpful. I sent them screenshots that the item has been received but she still asked me to provide a receipt. I wasn’t given any receipt, they just scan the item and I have never been asked any “proof” ever before, for any company (especially when the own website shows “return received”). And also, you have to pay for the return yourself, so you don’t get the full refund, technically. So I’m stuck with a very unhelpful and very doubtful CS. Items received by KW, sleeping on my money.

Your refund has been fully processed. We did try to contact you, but our customer service email had a technical failure for about a week, so our replies likely never reached you. It's now fixed.

The receipt request from Steph wasn't distrust — it's something we occasionally ask when tracking and our internal scan don't line up, to help us track the parcel down faster. Clearly it landed the wrong way, and that's useful feedback for how we communicate.

I bought a few white T-shirts

I bought a few white T-shirts, loved them initially but the quality really degraded over time (within a wash or two) pretty disappointing for the price.

Our tees shouldn't degrade after a wash or two, so something clearly went wrong here. We'd like to understand what happened: whether it was a specific batch, a wash care issue, or something in the fabric itself — so we can prevent it for everyone else.

As mentioned in our direct exchange, we'd like to fully replace the T-shirts free of charge. If any details about the wash (temperature, detergent, tumble dry vs air) come to mind, that would genuinely help our production team investigate.

Really good quality tees

Really good quality tees. Chore jacket is a great fit although a little less heavy that I thought it would be but great for spring and summer.

Really impressed.

Quality’s not great

Quality’s not great - cheap tees at a mark up. Sub uni qlo quality. Restocking fee and you have to pay to return.

Would avoid.

French chore jacket - brick red colour - size; Large

Ordered a brick red coloured French style chore jacket in size Large.
Arrived in good time with good communication from the company. The garment arrived, well packaged and presented. Well made, quality stitching and fabric and a decent cut and size.
If I could improve one thing about the garment it would be for Kansu Works to use a slightly heavier weight cotton fabric. However, I'm very pleased with the jacket.
I was looking for a work jacket that matched our company colours, and will be ordering more of these.

Disappointing quality & more disappointing restocking fee

Was disappointed with the quality, particularly for the price. Also beware of being stung by the ‘restocking fee’. It is mentioned on the website if you look it but it’s not made clear when purchasing. Pretty disappointing for a flat rate restocking fee, also a very fine line on adherence with UK Consumer Contracts Regs on returns for change of mind. My first order and also my last

Ai, artworks, soulless products.

Ai artworks, lame style, no culture, sh*tty website... This is the worst kind of Cotton resellers.

... and they can't even debate.
Anyway: lame product, no brain, no heart: they don't deserv to exist.

Excellent customer service

Following an issue I had with a recent order, warranting an exchange for a new t shirt, Lauren could not have been more helpful! Within a few hours, a new order had been placed for me, completely free of charge. Great customer service.

These guys. Thank you for seriously good customer service - not to mention the quality garms.
I emailed with a query on a Saturday night, and I got a reply straight away - and the team were on the case solving my issue going above and beyond.

Great designs and great quality…

Great designs and great quality t-shirts. Unfortunately the shirts shrunk after first wash, the boxy fit making the M size too short for my fit.

I emailed kansu and they offered to replace the t-shirts free of charge (at a larger size too). Great customer service.

Beware of restocking fees and charges

Item was listed as true to size , no size guide supplied on website, item arrived and did not fit, and then I found that they charge a restocking fee on top of return postage, would avoid in future

We’re sorry the fit didn’t work out for you, but we’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy.

A size guide is clearly provided on every product page, and we encourage customers to check measurements before ordering. Additionally, our returns policy explicitly states that return postage is the customer’s responsibility and that a restocking fee applies. None of this is hidden or added after purchase.

“True to size” reflects the intended fit of the garment, not a guarantee that it will fit every individual body type.

We’re always happy to help with sizing questions before ordering, and we do so daily for many customers. Transparency matters to us, and our policies are clearly communicated to avoid misunderstandings like this.
