Ordered a new Guinness t-shirt as got a few shirts from this company, all of which are superb. Regularly buy new t-shirts from here, great sizing and quality.

Unfortunately, the wrong shirt was shipped. When I received and noticed I sent them an email. Within 48 hours or so pat responded, acknowledged error and was very helpful in addressing.

I sent the wrong t-shirt back and the correct one was dispatched and received all with a week.

So very good customer service from this small business. Accept that mistakes do happen, but pleased with how effective they were at resolving the matter.

Will continue shopping with this business.

Although the first order came with the incorrect package, the process of replacing it for the correct one was very efficient and friendly.

Really pleased with the clothing I ordered. The quality is spot on, the fit is exactly what I hoped for, and delivery was quick. No fuss, just a smooth purchase from start to finish.

I'd previously bought UNIK tees for my hubsand, but first time buying for myself - love the designs, so much to choose from. I needed to exchange for a different size, and customer services were so prompt in responding, they made it so easy and really went the extra mile to help me out. Ordered a t shirt, was great quality but a size too big. The returns process has been so easy and I was easily able to exchange my item for a different size, and communication from their end has been great too - would recommend.

Zeer tevreden met die shirts die ik heb besteld, goede kwaliteit en het zit goed bij mij. Levering duurt wat langer dan normaal omdat het van buiten de Europese unie komt maar op het moment dat je dat weet is dat geen probleem meer. Leuke samenwerkingen hebben ze. Ik zou het iedereen aanraden.

In love with my new sweatshirt. The purple colour is gorgeous. My order got stuck in customs and arrived a little late (I'm in Portugal, it happens all the time!), but customer service was excellent, they followed up and the item arrived a few days later. Will be ordering again for sure.

I ordered a t-shirt on 8th June, and I was told it would take 4-6 days to arrive. I received a tracking number, but my order is still a no-show more than 20 days later. I've sent 2 emails to CS regarding this issue and still haven't received a response. I've read a lot of mixed reviews about the CS, and as someone who does a lot of online shopping, it's the first time my emails have gone unanswered. This is not a good look.
UPDATED - After contacting them on Instagram and posting a review here, I received an answer. More than 30 days after my purchase, I got the package. Updating from a 1-star to a 2-star review.

I recently ordered two T-shirts from UN:IK Clothing and I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality of the fabric is excellent – soft, comfortable, and it feels durable. The prints look exactly like they did on the website, with great attention to detail.

I bought two t shirts in medium. They fit perfectly and they are high quality material. The designs are really cool too and I am looking fprward to adding them to my summer wardrobe. Ill definitely be returning to buy more in the next months!! 10/10

This company has a really cool brand-style, cool designs and a really really responsive customer service.

The only small problems were delivery time, which took a bit longer than what they said would be, and a small error on the tshirt printed design. But the customer service was very quick and they offered a compensation for it, so I would say that good service made up for it.

Absolutely 10/10 customer service and items are really great quality.
