Never arrive

Undone is a fantastic brand, I have to give a ton of credit where credit is due. Not only is the watch I purchased absolutely beautiful and of very high quality for the price, the customer support was incredible as well. The folks at Undone had been dealing with the aftermath of the typhoons which hit SE Asia, so understandably, there was a bit of delay in getting my order shipped out. But they stayed in constant contact with me the entire time, and again, I was beyond impressed with the watch I received, I couldn't be more happy with it. Would highly recommend them!

I purchased an Undone Terra Daybreak about four years ago, and after all this time of use, I can say I am very satisfied with the brand.
It is an excellent value-for-money watch, featuring an original design and solid robustness for everyday wear.

The watch came in a black box with a very nice finish, superior to what is often seen from many brands in the same price range.

A special highlight goes to the leather strap: very well finished, comfortable, and of excellent quality. Even after four years of use, it remains in great condition.

The brand also maintains great interaction with its audience on Instagram, always responding to my questions with care and attention.

I highly recommend the purchase and hope to see an official retail presence in Brazil in the future.

This is the second watch I've purchased from Undone. Everything is as promised and looks great. Love that I'm able to "design" my own watch.

I have ordered the Hololive 5th fes merchandise last March, and i still dont have a concrete timeslot of when I am getting the merchandise as of date of writing.

Today (dec 3rd '25) they released the 6th fes. collab which I will not be getting since I have unfortunately no trust in if/when they are going to ship the stuff I've ordered in March..

The delivery was delayed which I didnt mind but they kept updating me and filling me in on what's going on and when I should be expecting the delivery. Once the package came, the product was amazing and in such great quality. I would get more products from them.

Even though it was a longer wait they made sure that my order was going to be sent in the best quality possible.

My order got delayed multiple times, support was quick to answer tho, and I got my product.

They don't respond to emails, I haven't received the product for over a month, plus they damaged it by $60. No one should ever buy from them, it's horrible.

UPDATE #2 – My response to Undone Watches’ reply:
Your public reply claims you emailed me on October 30, November 9 and November 10, and that you “haven’t received a reply.”

This is simply not true. None of your emails went to spam, and I have full screenshots of my complete correspondence with both Lou and Elisse. Elisse even admitted that my emails went to your spam folder, not the other way around.
Here is the full story, since I cannot reply directly to your comment:
- I placed my custom watch order on October 18
- On October 23, I asked to add a leather strap and ship it together to avoid paying an extra $30.
- Your colleague confirmed it was possible, yet the system still charged the extra fee. Despite asking multiple times for the invoice to be corrected, nothing happened.
- I paid the extra $30 because I was promised it would be refunded.
- The strap was shipped separately, even though I specifically requested combined shipping.
- On November 10, I was told the $30 would be refunded manually. It still hasn’t happened.
- The strap arrived with a faulty quick-release spring bar.
- My watch still hasn’t arrived after almost a month, and questions about its whereabouts repeatedly went unanswered.
- Your website clearly states that orders above $100 qualify for free shipping, yet I was still charged.

If issuing a correct invoice, processing a simple refund, or answering emails consistently is already this difficult, I have no confidence in how a warranty claim would be handled. This is exactly why I requested the full cancellation and refund.
Please stop implying that I didn’t respond. I did REPEATEDLY!

One thing that kind of caught me off guard is seeing how many people online offered discounts on the watches. I felt like I could've saved some extra $ if I had done a bit of research & found myself a coupon code.

So far my only complaint is no date function and the illumination of dial is nearly non-existent Watch band is a bit short. The watch itself appears well built, looks great and is solid.

The watch was stuck in customs for over a month which was frustrating. UNDONE customer service was outstanding and worked with me to get it all resolved. The watch is absolutely beautiful and the craftsmanship is top quality!! I would buy from them again.
