Jeg bestilte en klokke som hadde en ødelagt sekundviser. I starten fikk jeg kontakt med kundeservice for å kunne sende klokken tilbake for reperasjon. Etter klokken hadde blitt sendt tilbake har kundeservice sluttet å svare meg. Nå er jeg usikkert på om jeg bare har kastet bort pengene mine. Merkelig kundeservice. Siste svar fra kundeservice var 22.01. Krysser fingrene for at de gir meg et svar på prosessen snart.

Chronograph with individual wording on the dial
I ordered a customizable watch and made my order with a special wording on the dial. Then I recognized that the wording on the dial should be changed and the undone service team immediately came back to me and realized the changing. Therefore 5 stars plus 5 stars for the wonderful Chronograph!!!

Ich habe meine Undone x Shibuya Hachi Uhr am 18.12.24 bestellt, mit personalisierten Wunsch dauerte die Herstellung bis zum 30.12., wo sie dann auch von Hongkong via FedEx Express versandt wurde. Am 04.01.25 ist sie dann bei mir eingetroffen und die Wartezeit hat sich einfach gelohnt.
Die Uhr ist wunderschön.

Received slow, unsatisfactory customer service with no true resolution and was refused a refund to allow me to attempt to fix the error by reordering
EDIT: the issues MAY be resolved after a month+ of back and forth. I will update this review based on the end result with the order is fulfilled.
EDIT2: the below experience has been resolved and I've changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. While the issue was eventually taken care of, it took an extreme amount of effort over more than a month of back and forth. I'm happy with the product, but not with the customer service through a majority of the interactions.
I pre-ordered a collaboration watch on 12/25/2024. I created an account to become a member, double checked to make sure it was logged in before making the order, and then placed the order. However, the membership bonuses did not apply (an additional gift + free shipping) nor did it show up in my account's order history.
I placed a ticket through their site in an attempt to resolve this and get the benefits applied. Responses were slow, taking 3-9 days between responses (this is relevant because the pre-order ends on 1/31, so I needed to get this resolved before then), and multiple responses were required due to multiple misunderstandings and irrelevant solutions to the issue presented. I requested for an alternative method to contact them (the only method of contact is the customer service email) directly via phone so that I could better talk through this with live communication to get away from the cumbersome process of slow email responses, but never got a response for this.
Ultimately, even after providing multiple screenshots for proof and email responses in an attempt to get this resolved, they refuse to apply the membership benefits to the order. And when I requested a refund as an alternative solution so that I may attempt to make the order again and have the bonuses apply correctly, they refused to refund and cited their no refund policy. At this point, I will be going through other avenues to both file complaints and get a refund. My last email sent to them was on 1/19 and I have not yet received a response.

Failed to disclose that there will customs fee for the shipment.
Now they say i should be the one to pay $136 to FEDEX.
Just reverse the charges and return my payment.
I have no plans to get the order from Fedex!

Charged by FEDEX for $134.86, when shipping should be $0.
More than a month after ordering, FEDEX came today and was about to deliver my order, but also gave me the invoice of $134.86.
But order confirmation says shipping is $0 as based on their promotion for order > $100.
Emailed them several times but NO response.
I refused to receive the item, and will lodge a complain to the credit card company as i was scammed.

The watch came with some annoying smear…
The watch came with some annoying smear of buff mark on the bezel, but I managed to get it off. Also, I’m really disappointed that in the dark there is no illumination at all! Lastly, I thought the watch would be slightly bigger than what it is.
