J'ai passé commande et je viens de m'apercevoir que la commande partait de Chine.... je ne m'attendais pas à ça. Si j'avais su je n'aurais pas commandé.

Perfect birthday gift
I purchased a bracelet as a birthday gift for my partner. Ordering on Luminessa's website was really easy, the leather braided bracelet and engraved silver colour custom beads look great. Delivery service was also excellent, regular progress updates sent, until the bracelet arrived days after ordering. Delighted with my purchase and am sure my partner will love this.

Faux délai de livraison
Je viens de commander un bracelet pour mon mari, j'ai payer 20 euros! pour une livraison express! ( délai 3-5 jours)
Je contact le service client pour être sure de recevoir a temps le bracelet. et là , ils me répondent qu'il faut ajouter un délai supplémentaire de 1 -3 jours!
Donc payer 20 euros pour rien!
je viens juste de réaliser ma commande je demande, une annulation et un remboursement immédiat!
les délai de livraison sont trompeurs! je déconseille ce site!!

Good product and customer service
The bracelet is very nice, and seems to be well made. When I received it, one of the name links was backwards and upside down. I was actually worried that I might not be able to get it fixed because I haven't heard anything about this company before. But I reached out to the company anyway, and got an email with a video showing me how to fix it. The video gave a very simple and clear example of what to do. I followed the instructions and in just a second the problem was corrected. Relatively fast shipping (for something that has to be made to order), good customer service, good product. Thank you

24 day deliver/ poor customer services
The item I ordered took 24 days to arrive despite the delivery time being stated as 5 - 8 days. This was way past the date of the birthday it was intended for. I know it was not going to arrive in time so I asked to cancel the order, my request was ignored and the item arrived 9 days past the birthday. I have been emailing back and forth with this company being promised that someone will look in to it with very sporadic replies blaming the change of marketing from one name (Unbracelet to Luminessa). I was offered a voucher to the value of the item I purchase but due to the bad experience I do not plan to order with them again. I ordered a similar product from a seller on Etsy which arrived in time and was of significant better quality than the item from this company. I would not recommend using this company.

This is the second product I have purchased and again found the process simple and on receipt of the bracelet it was of a good quality and as described.
From the initial ordering the company kept me fully updated slin relation to the item and its expected delivery time.
