The products was delivered with little to no imperfections that I can find. The construction feels more solid than any stock mouse pad you'll find.

Everything came in perfect condition. My requests were fullfilled as i wanted and the quality of product is amazing. Communication was fast and they were very nice.

The Mousepad looks and feels pretty good. I have one with LED stripe and extra USB ports, but both seem to be a weak quality. It is alright, don't get me wrong, but the usb ports seem to be easy worn out and the light of the LED Stripe is only strong at the edges.
All in all I am happy with it, although I think it's not the best quality and maybe you can get it cheaper.
Sidenote shipping: I ordered at the same time as a friend and even though we got the message that it's on the way at the same time, mine arrived about half a week later (we don't live far away). And while waiting the status said for a while tracking not possible, package lost. Not the fault of ultimate mousepad, but still annoying/ anxiety inducing.

Just got my custom mousepad and it is really cool. Much better than expected. My custom print is just spot-on. Totally worth the money. The quality of the pad is very nice. I can 100% recommend "Ultimate"!

Package was completely destroy (i believe that its delivery company's fault, not yours), the product has an heavy smell when delivered.
But in the end, a good price for the mousepad that looks like your guideline & whats ordered. Works great.

Mousepad arrived in good time! Had it for a while now and I'm very happy with the quality.

To be honest, the product was shipped in 2 small boxes(for other pads) smashes together and VERY POORLY tapped and wrapped. I honestly expected MUCH better packaging and not some GHETTO packaging.
