Ordered in november time as a xmas present, the carrier was very slow to deliver (waited until jan) and my package was lost during the last stage of delivery. However, UCM offered a replacement quickly after hearing this, and after receiving the mousepad it looks good quality. Overall would recommend, however make sure to order well in advance for xmas season or pay for faster shipping

International Shipment took its time.
Pad is colorful and got a great touch.

Fast delivery, vivid colours. Tip for new buyers like me, the excess rubber smell dissipates after a light hand wash with mild detergent. Otherwise feels great resting my arms in n it being 3mm thick. Should have gotten the 4mm to be honest.

I ordered a large desk mat sized 62.20 x 27.17 inches.
Initially, the consultant suggested a 3 mm thickness, but I asked for 4 mm instead — and that turned out to be the right decision.

The mat fully covers the surface of the desk and looks very stylish. It’s incredibly comfortable to use, the surface feels great to the touch, and the mouse glides smoothly and perfectly on it.

The work was done excellently, the service was responsive, and the staff were polite and helpful.

Good back and forth when discussing changes to the playmat's overlay layer, even allowing for a last minute change thanks to good timing. Communicating was easy and they made good suggestions. Do wish they had disclosed their location somewhere on their site so I could know it was a (for me) international purchase but it seems I wasnt given a tariff fee so it worked out.
