Lost passport replacement in record time
I came across this company after having lost my passport and going into a bit of a tailspin as I was travelling again within 2 weeks so needed a new passport in the quickest time possible. The process started with a phone call where I sent them everything on WhatsApp and they said they would deal with everything on my behalf. After a few days I received a tracking number which wasn’t coming up with anything so I started worrying the whole thing was a scam! Luckily a couple of days later the tracking number was working and just a couple of days after that my new passport came in the post! So just a week and a day all in, amazing!

Lost in Turkey
Stupidly lost my wife and I`s passports. We required them for residency in Turkey. Received new passports, delivered to our door, within 3 weeks, and that was despite taking 11 days for the passport office in Liverpool to receive our papers due to Turkish postal services and bank holidays in UK. Can`t thank the office enough for their fabulously efficient service and for putting our minds at rest with regular E-mail updates, letting us know what was happening at each part of the process. Big round of aplause to all of you and once again thank you.

We needed our passports in 12 days,the…
We needed our passports in 12 days,the government passport services were not helpful at all. So we contacted this company on Wednesday afternoon we received the first passport the following Thursday and second on the Friday and this was with a bank holiday weekend in between Ahmed was great and very responsive we can’t thank him enough for making sure we could go on our holiday

Last Friday 19th May 23 I decided to renew my old passport that ran out in 2014
so after phoning their customer help line where a young man said providing I still had the old one stuck in a draw somewhere I could do it all on line new photo taken details filled in old passport posted off to Corby today my new passport arrived at 2.30pm 24 May 2023 Can I just say a big thank you to all the hard working staff that made this happen. Now time to see if I can max the credit cards out and organise some long over due Hollibobs Nashville here I come ..

5 Star Service
As a normally super organised person, I went to check in for a flight (20 days prior) and was horrified to see my passport had expired in February! After visiting the government website to find there were no appointments available, I searched the internet & found the direct link to the British Passport Office. I sent my enquiry & was phoned literally 2 minutes later. Then via whats app I was given clear instructions of what to do. I took a photo with my phone which they turn into a passport style photo so no need to visit a photo booth. Then I sent my old passport tracked to their office in Peterborough. They book appointments & they attend on your behalf. Then I was kept informed of every step of the process. My passport was expected 2 days before I flew so my nerves were shot but it actually arrived within 7 days of the appointment! Approved, printed & sent - AMAZING! The cost of £250 is totally acceptable as without this service I would not have been flying in 5 days! Thank you so much for a 5 star service

Politely and calmly explained the process. Was available for support and questions. It's an expensive option but well worth it if you are short of time and get panicked by forms and computers. They ironed out all difficulties.

Received passport within 1 week
I have used this service twice now for my own passport renewal and my mother's and both times they have delivered with efficiency and I had to do the bare minimal work. Very pleased with this service and would recommend to anyone who need there British passport as soon as possible.

Premium service was expensive at £320
Premium service was expensive at £320. They did deliver a new passport within 5 days however the stress caused due to the uncertainty was a bit much. I thought I had paid for a premium 1-2 days service however was advised following payment it could take 7-8 days. If it had been Premium which is what I believed I had signed up to the service would have been awarded 5 stars.

Absolutely Amazing 100% recommend
I made the mistake of not checking my passport and realised 3 weeks before I was due to travel that my passport was about to expire. With the strikes I feared I wouldn’t get it back in time and I tried for 3 days of refreshing my screen to get a fast track appointment but to no avail.
I was a bit worried about using this company as I’m a worrier and in the back of my mind i kept thinking it was a scam. Gabriella reassured me every time I rung as they communicated a lot through what’s app which worried me too. They received my old passport Tuesday 18th and they got a fast track appointment for Thursday 20th . All I had to do was send my old passport and what’s app over my new passport picture . They did all the rest and my new passport arrive today Wednesday 26th 6 days after the application. I know this is more expensive than doing it yourself but it is so worth it. They literally do everything for you and travel to where ever the appointment is on your behalf. I would have never been able to get the time off work to go myself and would have lost a lot of money if I had to cancel my holiday. I can’t thank these guys enough.

Very good service
Very good service, I was a little worried to go ahead at first due to it being a passport, but I was given plenty of reassurance and a step by step update throughout the process. They secured the fast track appointment for me and sorted the whole process on my behalf.
