UKloupes Recenzje

This is my second pair of loupes, the last one I had for over 10y! Love the elegant frame, light and comes with beautiful compact carrier case. Customer service all these years and now have been so supportive! Can not recommend them enough! #ukloupes

Needed a new piece sending out for my light attachment, whatsapped them and had it in my hands within 24hrs! Can't ask for better service than that!

UKLoupes is my trusted company for loupes. I have worn their loupes for 20 years and when I need a replacement I will go straight back to them.

Very helpful, quick to get in contact and were able to help with my Optiloupe loupes, repairing the broken nose pad and offering me a new light with battery pack. The new light is lightweight and faster to charge. Would recommend!

Bought loupes from UKloupes in 2018 and they have been fantastic. Set up was good and very convenient and loupes are great value. Noticed a crack in my loupes 4 years later and dan was more than happy to see what he could do for them. Really pleased with the service and the quality of loupes

I've been using my loupes for about 6-7 years now and they're still in great condition. I recently asked to replace the glasses that attach to the loupes as they had a scratch on and William at UKLoupes sent me new ones for free the next day. This company goes above and beyond with their after sales!

To be honest, I was sceptical about purchasing cheaper loupes online. However, UK loupes have the most fantastic customer service, respond quickly to any emails and were able to reassure me by answering any questions. They were delivered when promised, and I've been really impressed with the product so far. I work as a general dentist, two days a week - and these loupes more than meet my needs.

This guy is banging. Great to deal with. Knows his onions and such a cheery disposition.

Very satisfied with my loupes quality(more than 5 years in every day use) and support from Uk Loupes. Definitely recommended.

I sought advice from UKloupes and their staff were very helpful .. not only they assist me to fix the loupes but also they sent me the missing parts free of charge ..
I am delighted with their services and would highly recommend them

Excellent and prompt after sales service.

I bought my loupes from UK loupes about 3 years ago now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. When I accidentally dropped them and damaged them a few months ago, UK loupes could not have been more helpful offering me a free temporary set whilst they fixed them. Great quality and fantastic value.

Great customer service.
Product quality is very good for price. Can tell vision not as good as the more expensive companies but given that the price is so much better value. Would definitely recommend. I have been using my loupes happily for several months now.

Very happy with my first pair of loupes!
Excellent customer service.
Recommending!

Really impressed with this company, my first pair of loupes and the company answered all my questions in lots of detail and gave me such good advice. The finished product is amazing and I am so happy with them. The customer care has been second to none and they reply so quickly which was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase loupes!

Used Ukloupes for a number of years, upgraded this year to include light, always brilliant service from William, from general and tech advice to product quality and support long after 😊

Such a great service, they had problems with Royal Mail postage recently and kept me informed throughout and sent a new set as they hadn’t arrived, they sent some spares along with my order and sent the new package by special delivery. When I received the package the next day I forgot to let them know I had and they checked in to see that everything was ok, they also helped me put the light clip together and showed me how it works. Such a good service cannot fault, the problem that occurred was out of their control and they went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you William for your help!

Bought loupes light in 2013, still working! Good service too.
