I’ve had my UK loupes since 2015, I’ve recently updated my light. Customer service is still fantastic and the companies products still remain competitively priced.

Excellent customer service and always very helpful and quick answering back and sorting the request. Is a relief when you know you are not going to be for ages without the loupes. In a couple of days all sorted! I'm happy with the loupes, battery very long life, good product and very good price as well. I really recommend it. Thanks Will for your help as I don't know what I'll do without my loupes!

I bought a pair of loupes with light more than 5 years ago. I used them daily since. Today, a small spare part from the light broke. I ordered a new wireless light that I was thinking about for a long time and they have been kind enough to replace the broken part from the old light free of charge. They responded quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend them.

great communication sorting everything out

I met UK Loups at Dental Showcase. I was then newly qualified hygienist, and wanted to start using loups but worried that if my glasses prescription change, then I would need to have a new pair of loups too. UK Loups offered great design with detacheable glasses part, which is very easy to replace. And at an affordable price. I have my loups for 4 years now, wear them 5 days a week, and they are lightwieght, and easy to use. All these years my dealings with the company were great pleasure - their customer service is amazing: always friendly and respectful, genuinely willing to help.

It’s not often that I leave a five star review, however the build quality, price and after sales service would have me leaving a 5+ star service. I’ve been a client of UK Loupes for 15 years now after trying many other forms of magnification. I first begun With magnification in about 1989 with the simple flipper the jewellers use. I bought my first loops in the mid 90s and replaced a number of pairs which were always so heavy. Having discovered UK Loupes about 15 years ago I’ve had two pairs which with small repairs are still serviceable today. A 3.5 and a 4.5 magnification which are more than adequate for my general and specialist work. I am happy to recommend them to colleagues either just starting their Dental journey, And those like me towards the end of the Dental journey. Many thanks to the guys in Bristol, at the end of the phone with advice and service.
