UKloupes Recenzje

Very professional company from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and helpful about the product. Loupes really sharp and good at an amazing price. Needed slight alteration and nothing was too much trouble. Makes such a change to find such a customer friendly company and have a lot of confidence in the product. Thanks. Highly recommend

In June with about 2 weeks notice to go back to work, I contacted Dan who swiftly received my Surgitel al 2.5 flip up loupes and changed the frames for me in record time without costing the earth .He has been incredibly helpful out of office hours , excellent communication with pictures and explanations . I then bought a shield which whilst others were charging ridiculous amounts, his was reasonably priced and more importantly gave coverage and also i could use my light with my loupes .

Excellent customer service
Visor fits really well with my Orascoptic and spark light .
Really happy with my purchase

The product is very light, nice and works as it should be. Furthermore the price point is way lower compared to other brands for the same function and quality. The customer service is excellent! Hopefully i can use the loupes for a long period of time. Highly recommended!

I had to leave a review!!! So I have uk loupes for over 7y now, and I can not image any workday without them. Once I had to go back to the clinic after a long day of work and pick them up fo the next day to use in another clinic, this is how you get used to them:) They are light, and last for ages! Very reasonably priced, excellent service and aftercare support! Saved my back, also saving and protecting my eyes after my laser eye surgery.

Very happy with my loupes. Superb customer service, friendly and efficient. Dan has been great and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Outstanding customer service. Whilst the website was being updated during the lockdown period, Will personally completed an accessories order for me via email. He also took the time to message me privately and gave me tailored advice on the light options available. Friendly, efficient and so helpful; I can't recommend their service enough.

Great service and amazing product. Dan has been superb, really helpful when ordering new products and spares. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I am very happy with their service and the loupes.

UK loupes were very helpful and sorted me a new battery pack quickly and efficiently for my old light from a different company. Extremely good service. THANK YOU

Great quality loupes and very affordable too! The customer service is stellar and the team is always easy to reach and professional. Definitely a strong recommend!!

I've dealt with Dan at UKloupes for several years and I've found their customer service to be excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products or after care to anyone I know.

Emailed Dan to ask for a new set of prescription inserts since I had a new prescription. The entire process was very efficient and pleasant.

Also asked about modifying my Uk Loupes which they accommodated and charged a fair price. They were able to modify my loupes within a few days since I was going to be away travelling.

Very happy with the service received would highly recommend.

I can't rate UKloupes highly enough! I have had my pair now for 10years and chose to update the light so I could have one with 2 batteries. They were so quick and professional and followed up and responded to messages very promptly to make it a very easy, cheap and quick process. They also managed to provide equipment to fit my old light onto another dentists loupes from another company, and again this was quick, hassle free and a lot cheaper than the other company were offering for their own products. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use again, thanks again guys!

I’ve had my loupes for 3 years now and still going strong. I bought them at dental school to help me. Dan is very efficient and professional. He helps you get the loupes ordered very quickly and provides support along the way. The pricing is fantastic for the quality of loupes you get!
Definitely recommend

Have been purchasing and having equipment serviced for a few years. There is always a genuine willingness to assist and get everything 'just right' as quickly as possible. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dan and his team

Excellent customer service.
Dan and Will are the most professional, helpful and empathetic.
They were not hesitant to replace my loupes when I was not totally happy with them.
As a dental undergraduate, I now feel totally secure and supported regarding my loupes.
Most importantly, the loupes and light system are top-notch, especially for the price.

My lithium batteries died last week. Found this lovely people who helped me out with a battery pack. Working perfect with my lights!!!
