The guys here helped me massively. I was drowning in debt. Spoke to a few guys initially who asked me about my situation and how I got here then was passed on to a lovely lady called sharna who is an absolute gem and very supportive who helped see me through the next part of the process. If your worried about your finances and can’t get the support you need I reccomend speaking to these guys 💯

Very easy people to talk to who did not over complicate the process and made it very clear what my options were and how the process would unfold.

The process from start to finish was great. A while lot of weight lifted off our shoulders and theres no judgmental comments or embarrassing suggestions.

Once the process was completed it is difficult to speak to someone on the phone but emails are dealt with swiftly.

UK Insolvency Services have been a great help in getting my IVA approved. From the beginning they were easy to contact and always quick to respond, whether over the phone or by email. I appreciated that they explained each step clearly and gave me the time I needed to take things in without feeling rushed. What I valued most was their consistency — every time they said they would follow up, they did, and that gave me real confidence in the process. Their calm and professional approach made a difficult situation feel far more straightforward, and I’m genuinely thankful for the guidance and support they provided.

For a long time I was worried about how I was going to pay my creditors back, I took out credit cards while working and was on top of things but, unfortunately didn't realise the amounts I was spending and everything spiraled out of control when I lost my job. First of all I ended up under the doctor with low mood, depression and anxiety and was out of work for 2 years until I retired. I got to the point I didn't know where to turn until, I found out about uk insolvency.
