Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, particularly thankful for Abigail who was really amazing! Overall I would highly recommend Enfield’s, as a tenant they were the main reason I was able to secure a property and they made the move in process seamless!

I rented a flat assisted by Annah Gee❤️

She helped me with a few viewings and worked to find what was best for my situation. Then it took a bit more time than usual to get my documents approved, something that she really assisted with and was really patient. Throughout, she was kind and caring. Really thoughtful about my situation and communicated very well between me and the landlord. She helped me get the best offer - it was simply great!

I cannot speak highly enough of Annah at Enfields, Southampton. She has gone above and beyond for myself to secure a place to live in this current climate. Kept in constant contact, replied out of hours and answered every question I have had and more. The care and attention she has taken has been more than enough and I cannot thank her nor Enfields, Southampton enough.

First time I've come across Enfields after beginning my search for a place. It's been a long while since going through the process, but from start to finish it was a breeze.

Both Annah and James were excellent with providing assistance, especially with lengthy questions I had which I appreciate greatly, followed on with a smooth handover with Adrian come move in day (even though I was a bit late due to "trains being trains").

First time to deal with Enfields.
Moved in to a newly renovated house
Anna Gee from Shirley office Southampton was very professional,emails replied on time. She made the whole process smooth and fast.
However when i and my family moved into the house the Gas stove was not connected to the electricals, kitchen drawers are not properly fitted. This should be properly checked during inventory.

Streamlined process to rent a new apartment, Annah was amazing throughout! Highly recommend

We’ve been looking on the rental market for a while and I must say, Adrian’s attention to detail and finding a property that matches our specific needs had been amazing. Alongside this, provides above and beyond communication style so that clients are kept in the loop.

After a few attempts to partner with other companies and not hearing back from them - this is an incredible breath of fresh air.

He’s straight to the point with minimal fluff, which is exactly the communication style we are looking for.
