This V.A.E page pretends to be an official website with its fancy title. Yet this is a dirty scam. I saved quite a lot of money for that trip to London. Now I feel like I’ve been scammed because the actual ETA only costs about 20 pounds. Please don’t use this site and use the official page for your application. A private company shouldn’t have pictures of my ID, bank data etc. this feels very illegal. Hope you sleep well at night

They pretend to be an official website and charge you 8 times the price while (maybe) delivering the service much slower. Don't do it!
I was trying to cancel my request but they conveniently did not send any confirmation email. I have not received the ETA, but that may be because it is too early. Having said that, I got it within 10 min on the official UK gov website

This company is actually legitimate. However, it's a third party company and you'll pay up to 7 times what you need to if you use it. Go through the official UK Government website. I inadvertently applied through UKeta (they make themselves look official) and panicked when I realized what I'd done. I was relieved when I checked by contacting:
eta customer contact link on the "approval" email. They have a form to fill in and will answer within 3 days. I got my answer overnight.

Dishonest. Pretending to be UK officials. Scam.

Like other reviews my husband ended up paying a huge amount for what should only be a $13 fee. He thought he was on the official UK eta government site because it appeared to be just that.
No amount due was posted prior to his hitting the accept button. He immediately emailed asking to cancel the transaction when he saw his mistake. A reply came quickly saying it was too late as the transaction was already made but they did offer a refund of 50% which still resulted in over $118 in fees.

Complete scam.
Got charged $236.25 for a $15 visa.
I doubt the eta is valid either.

This is a scam, disguised their website to look like official site then charge you $100 to “process” your UK ETA application that only costs $13. It also takes longer because it’s a third party.

Read the fine print at the bottom of their website. This is not the official place to apply for an ETA. Charges an outrageous fee. Not even sure The application is valid. What a scam

Purposely hide away the amount to pay at the payment side so payer pay £100 for the £10 uk eta service. Paid £90 x 2 for two applications. Total extortion or scam. Not sure the visas can be used or not. Fishing for victims!!!
