Excellent service and product-email queries were answered quickly. Simon the owner is super helpful, definitely a five star service especially for someone like me who knows nothing about paving/walling and was a bit daunted ordering etc.

After struggling to get the paving blocks delivered through another company uk paving ordered and delivered without any issues, I got regular updates and the driver was very professional and polite.

Unfortunately the slabs I ordered online weren't in stock, but true to their word they got stock on a priority list to me within 10 days as promised direct from the manufacturer and at a great price.

All in all 4 out of 5 stars as system showed stock they didn't have but they quickly fulfilled the obligation.

Good communication, and we got everything we needed significantly cheaper than ordering from Marshalls direct. We gave a list of dates when we would be available to take delivery and they fitted in well with that. Would happily deal again.

Tried the usual local suppliers for the slabs I wanted - either none or not enough stock, or no delivery slots. Found UK Paving Supplies on the web - they could do it, and their price was better than the local places.
Slabs duly arrived (driver 'phoned an hour in advance on the agreed date) on a Hiab and were deposited on our drive with some precision (I've got some other stuff and a van on there...). Safely packaged and on pallets. I know where to look next time.

Had to cancel an order over £2000. Great customer service- full refund immediately. Good communication also.

This has been a trying order to say the least. The first pack that arrived didn't match the colour shown online so we asked for a swap. They were slightly reluctant but ultimately let us swap after several emails. The new order arrived fine but the old one is still sat blocking the driveway. It's been there nearly a week now and has twice not been picked up when it was supposed to be.
Email replies are slow and getting through on the phone is next to impossible with the sales guy sounding disinterested.
Would I use them again? Highly unlikely.

Great online service and proactive responses and informed updates to questions regarding product availability and delivery in what are challenging times at present with materials difficult to source. Prices very good for Marshalls products.

The paving was not delivered on the day promised, no phone call to let us know they were not arriving. I emailed in the afternoon to chase and see what was happening as we had men waiting on site, I finally got a response after I emailed at 4.30 to say they were not being delivered.
Terrible customer service, no communication at all until you chase them when there's a problem.
