Cheapest price good communication fast delivery overall service was excellent

Absolutely awful experience, this company has zero stock, they are no more than a broker, selling other companies stock!
I bought £400 worth of materials from them, after 8 days NOTHING had arrived!
I chased them up 2 days later the wrong materials arrived, I did not accept them and contacted UKbuildingsupplies, they didn't seem at all interested and were very belligerent, rude and curt on the phone!!
Turns out they got Travis Perkins pricing wrong!!!
UKbuildingsupplies would NOT keep their sales contract with me, and simply refunded me, leaving me where I started over 10 days previously!!!
Buy from UKbuildingsupplies at your peril, BUT do NOT expect any help when it goes WRONG!!!
I've learnt from my mistake, and will give you this advice; Pay a little more, and buy from a company that at least has the goods you want in STOCK!

Isn't it AMAZING, that since YOU almost caught a cold with my purchase from you, the same goods that I paid you £396 for have suddenly shot up to £547!!!
YOU provided a price I paid it, YOU got it wrong and took the easy, CHEAP way out rather than fulfill your obligated sales contract!
Face facts YOU messed up Travis Perkins price list didn't you!!!
I read your response, I actually spoke to YOU in person, you offered me NO apology for this mess of YOUR making, NO assistance during my one sided phone call, apart from when you said that 'you would sort it out', YOU DID NOT sort it out, but simply refunded me, WITHOUT any further contact whatsoever, leaving me stranded.
Are you seriously telling me that it is all Travis Perkins fault, and that they are culpable for not having enough stock?
The truth of the matter is YOU made a mistake and quoted me for TP plain pipe, perhaps you should be more careful with another companies price list?

FYI. I immediately bought the same pipes from a decent, honest internet company, they have just arrived, all in less than 24 hours costing an extra £21!

I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY REVIEW ONE IOTAl!
I wrote a 2nd response after being accused of being unfactual and telling falsehoods, ALL of which is incorrect, everything I have written is true in every detail!
Again, I ask why did my original order cost £396 (this was the FAILED delivery), then the next day AFTER it became apparent to ukbuildingsupplies that they were using another sellers price list and getting it wrong, did the SAME order online cost £547!
My original order arrived straight from the yard of and indeed on the back of a Travis Perkins lorry, I got a price quote from TP their slotted pipe was a next day item, quite a reasonable timeframe, NOT as you say!
This whole matter revolves around incompetence, cost and greed, ukbuildingsupplies messed up their online pricing, they did not want to admit this, nor did they want to pay TP their sales cost and lose out, so ukbuilding supplies took the easy, cheap option and without any further notice simply cancelled my purchases END OF!

Just writing to let others know these guys are safe to use. Not sure how they keep their prices so low but they are legit. Needed only one bulk bag of sand and it was delivered in the same week.
