If I could rate them 0 STARS I would.
We scheduled a pick up from LHR with a request for a car seat for a 4 year old. When the driver showed up, he has a car seat for an infant, and the car and car seat all smelled like pee. When I contacted customer service they said it is what it is “sorry” that’s it. Was never told we could switch car seats when I spoke to the driver. So we had to sit in a 2 hour car ride with my toddler in a pee smelling car seat because I didn’t have yet another £200+ to spend on another taxi.

I've used UK Airport Taxi twice, it's a hassle-free service, book, confirm the day before, and then straight to your destination. Drivers were friendly.

Booking was straightforward. Communication & confirmation was very good for the booking by email and when I called to make an amendment. On the day we received text messages shortly before pick up with details of the vehicle and the driver. Pick up was on time and the drivers were polite and friendly, the vehicles were clean and comfortable (we used this company to book transfers from home to the airport for our departure and again on our return).

We used UK Airport Taxi for our trip recently and it made it so much smoother. They picked us up and took us to Heathrow and then brought us back when we returned. The whole process is really simple and they contact you to ensure the details for your trip remain the same which is nice for peace of mind. This is the second trip we've used them for and likely won't be the last.

Brilliant service
My driver arrived a few minutes before the expected time and text me so no stress. He helped with luggage and I appreciated his professionalism in waiting until I fastened the seat belt. My pick up at the airport , meet and greet was even better , my flight was early and at arrivals he was there clearly displaying my name. Best service ever I will definitely book agsin
