Collection from Stanstead airport
We arranged collection from the airport and the driver picked us up on time. The car was spotless and very comfortable, and we arrived at our destination in good time. The cost was very reasonable. Only £20 pounds more than the bus and two trains would have cost us for the same trip. We will use the company again and recommend them without hesitation.

Jafar was great - arrived ahead of time, and super friendly. Arrived in good time at Luton airport!
I appreciated that the team also confirmed my reservation beforehand, so there was no worry about my 4.30am taxi not showing. Would definitely use again!

I had been assured in writing that UK Airport Taxi or the driver - would be monitoring my flight arrival time. This is after all common practice for reputable tax companies.
In the event my flight arrived early but no one was available to pick me up. I called the UK Airport Taxi company switchboard and was told that there were different schedules or words to that effect - actually I had no idea what the gentleman was talking about - which was why no one could pick me up earlier.
So after a 13.5 hour plane journey I ended up waiting 35 minutes in fairly cold conditions for the cab to arrive.
I have used this company several times but they have just lost a client

While our team does monitor flights as part of our standard process, the pickup time is always scheduled based on the information and conditions outlined in the Terms & Conditions agreed to at the time of booking. In cases where a flight arrives significantly earlier than expected, a driver may not be immediately available if they are still en route according to the original schedule. That said, it is our responsibility to communicate this clearly, and we regret that the explanation you received over the phone was unclear.
We truly value your loyalty as a returning customer, and it is disappointing to hear that this experience has led you to reconsider our services. We would appreciate the opportunity to earn back your trust. If you are open to it, please reach out to our customer care team so we can review your booking in more detail and offer an appropriate resolution.
