The delivery was delayed, and the order was eventually returned without me receiving the product. This was extremely frustrating, especially as it was intended as a birthday present. I expected much better service and communication. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.

Product was easy to use but I didn’t notice much whitening of my teeth. Maybe half a shade lighter if I look very very closely but really not noticeable. I’ll keep using the pen and hopefully it’ll get better but after the initial 10 day treatment I’m really disappointed, I expected better. Glad I purchased with a discount and not at full price but wish I hadn’t purchased at all now.

I find this a little hard to rate over the normal whitening strips. These are very fiddly to take off as they seem glued the my teeth. The substance on the strips just leeches straight into my mouth and it's very thick, so it's hard to sit with the strips on after the mouth piece for a further 15 minutes. I find my teeth have patches of white in the midsection which doesn't look very nice. I realised I have to let the mouthpiece sit very loosely against my teeth to stop this happening. I think the gum part really needs to mould to your own teeth to get the desired all over whitening.

Rest assured the strips can be removed by pulling gently at the edges, if you find them very sticky we would recommend swishing some mouthwash or water to loosen them before removal!

The strip can be molded to the teeth surface and any gaps can be topped up with the pen directly after! The patches you've experienced should also go away with time as this is just dehydration of the tooth showing through!
