Stayed at Urban Donkey air b n b in Greece (Thesaloniki) from 6th November until the 8th November. Firstly you mislead the customer by saying the room for 1 adult is on the ground floor however it was in a secluded area in the basement being a young lady on my own was scary as I don’t know the area. When I told the lady at the reception to move me to another room she didn’t even try she stated that I have to pay more. However, my point was that I already paid for one extra day which they would not refund me. Also, I didn’t really see many staff on reception. I felt like the premises was under staffed. Lastly, the basement was freezing and uncomfortable for me and I have come back to the UK with a bad cough. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I called their customer service and they said if I want a refund they would take at least 50£ so, in any case, don't bother to cancel as they will make sure to take your money.

I had the misfortune of booking a flight ticket through these fraudsters in December 2022. I was quoted £538 for the ticket and upon payment they took over £600 from my credit card. I immediately contacted the company and requested for a full refund and as experienced by other members here the company sent me on a wild goose chase with various excuses and delay tactics. No refund was forthcoming from this company and eventually refused to refund any money citing the airline policies. When I contacted the airline, I was informed that I would be eligible for a refund from the company. In a nutshell this company just, kept my money after lying to me. I contacted my credit card company and got my money back through MasterCard charge back. Beware of these fraudsters and never buy any products from them. They will not refund any money to you in case of any cancellations. Customer service is non-existent. Based in Poland and India.
If you became a victim to their fraud, then I would strongly urge you to contact your credit card provider and initiate a charge back to recoup your money. This company should be shutdown.

Never used you, never will. Writing because i am furious with the tripe replies you have written, i had nothing but problems last year with bloodsucking screen scrapers.
Firstly, saying its the airlines fault on delayed refunds is complete codswallop. Who was the purchase with? YOU. Therefore, in law, you have the contract with the buyer, so its not the buyers problem, its yours. Thats your business, your risk.
Secondly you state service fees for lost luggage, cancellation fees etc. Utter tosh. If the airline loses your luggage its the handlers responsibility, i know because its happened to me. Cancellation fees? For what exactly? Its relatively straight forward to get a refund from the airlines, i know because i had flights refunded from AF, VA, AL last year. Longest took 5 days to be on my card.
The fact is 'service fees" are in fact a mark up. Pure and simple.
You are not "agents" as they are authorised (which airlines authorise your service?) , you are re- sellers. In that, the business risk is all yours, so stop telling people utter tosh. Furious, liars.
Update: i originally posted the review because L2G are now appearing in Tripadvisor flight searches, often as the only company offering a flight. People have a right to know how you operate, and the truth about the waffle you write. Firstly "good name" - Trustpilot 1.8 UK, 1.3 CZ. Its not good, another lie.
Secondly you book flights using a company or virtual credit card, false email address, with little or no data supplied to the airline on the actual purchaser. Then you blame the airline for a refund! How? Its your responsibility, all people need to do is chargeback or section 75.
People have a right to know who they are buying from, and the way you operate, companies like yours offer people nothing, merely use fancy software, so again i state ; RE-SELLERS NOT AGENTS.
The responsibility is yours, stop telling people lies and hanging onto their money!

Received a request to remove info in brackets (.....). If this info isn't included how can Lucky2go identify me? I've seen numerous reviews where negative feedback has been given an evasive reply due to this fact. Please action my refund
9 months awaiting refund.
(WBAJBL, order number 21843732).
No customer service whatsoever. No contact number. Once again, no response from email to customer services. It's exceptionally frustrating attempting to converse with this company. Air India has stated that refunds are available 60 - 75 days - IVE BEEN WAITING 9 MONTHS.
Please do not say that my refund is being processed or that it has been passed to customer services. Please action my request and arrange refund as a matter of urgency

Customer Service nonexistent
I received an email to inform us that our flight time had changed to over 10 hours earlier, which would involve taking an extra day off work which I'm not allowed to do due to maxing out my annual leave, and would mean we are unable to use public transport to get to the airport. As the flight number has changed we are entitled to a full refund under EU Flight Cancellation Laws. I contacted Lucky2go 10 days ago via their online form and received an automatic email saying they would aim to get back to us within 24 hours. I have also sent follow-up emails since but have not heard anything back and request some form of response soon.

The company is absolutely hopeless. The booking process seems smooth and efficient. However when you need to contact them later it's impossible. If you call the phone number it says to use the form. You use the form and it says we will contact you within 24h a week later still no response.
Covid seems like a convenient excuse but 2 weeks and no replies I think is pathetic and really it's probably better to contact the credit card company to recover the money. The reservation has disappeared of the system all together and the money or contact is nowhere to be seen.

Absolute rubbish !! Do not use! This company is useless when it comes to customer support, all they do is generate a generic reply which makes them look as if they're trying to do something but for the customer it's obvious that they do jack all. I've had my flight canceled, tried to contact them via customer support "contact us" forms and did not get any reply for a week even though it said it might take up to 24hours. I am very surprised how they have time and take quick action to reply on trustpilot but NOT to customer emails. I have no idea what's going on with my refund and with my return ticket Rubbish, never use it again, and definitely WILL seek legal action against the company! Bunch of scammers.

I have tried to get tin touch with the company on numerous occasion : phone, contact form. The status of my ticket says "awaiting payment" even though I have paid. If the payment didn't go through, I don't mind re-paying but no link for repayment is provided. How long before someone contacts me? I understand that the COVID-19 situation is a pressing one, but there has to be a way for the company to get the answers necessary.

I understand that the situation with COVID-19 is difficult everywhere and for everyone, but since every government everywhere suggested not to travel at this time, at least they can give us half of our money back or make sure we can reschedule our trip for a better time without additional costs.
The airline I was supposted to fly with said that we can reschedule our flight free of charge to some other date. When I contacted the customer service at lucky2go - they offered to reschedule but for additional charges which were higher than my current ticket price. When I refused to do so I asked for half refund at least and they replied: ''According to the airline's policy your ticket is non refundable.''
Well, guess what: According to the airline's policy I ALSO have the right to reschedule my flight free of charge, but you ignored that part!
Never again! In the future I will book directly with the airline!
