I ordered the boots by mistake..wrong size. I notified immediately, as in within 10 mins.
Late afternoon in UK, middle night Oz. So the email and notification was waiting for them on the Monday morning first thing.
They replied that they couldn’t cancel as it had been processed. I refuted this claim as my notification said it hadn’t yet been processed. They refused to cancel. So the boots had to be shipped all the way to UK, huge carbon footprint! £20 to me!
I can return them
At a cost to me of £32, with £3 restocking charge.
So remember, shipped all the way to UK unnecessarily, as it really could have been cancelled and the £32 to send back.
So I’ve kept them even though they’re wrong, which is of course what they wanted to happen anyway.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEIR ETHICS AND CUSTOMER CARE ARE ATROCIOUS!

A very, very long wait — the shoes were stuck at the airport because the customs paperwork was missing, and in the end, I had to pay another €41 on top of the price already paid on the website! A real scam. I’ll never order from UGG Online Australia again — avoid at all costs.

Total scammers, i placed an order over 2 months ago and it still has not arrived.

When was putting tracking details in it says does not exist.
But the money already went out.
So i emailed the ugg email&when it came up on my bank it said Temu so also emailed them.
Had a email back with further tracking details still not received my order was over a month ago

J'ai commandé le 16/11/23 une paire de bottines UGG ainsi qu'une paire de pantoufles et je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Service clientèle aux abonnés absents.
C'est une belle arnaque. Je pensais être sur le site officiel de UGG.
