False Advertisement

Over the Easter bank holiday weekend, the UGG website advertised an additional 10% discount on outlet purchases. However, when attempting to place an order, the promotional code did not work.

After contacting UGG customer service and providing photographic evidence of the promotion, I was first told that the offer had ended on 23/03/26, and was then told that the discount only applied to full-price items—despite the screenshots clearly showing the promotion related to outlet products.

This amounts to false advertising, and I was extremely disappointed that customer service completely disregarded the evidence provided. For such a well-established company, this level of service is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will not be shopping directly with them again in future.

Parcel delivered to collection shop/point, went to collect and the parcel was not to be seen, they sent me a photo of the parcel in the shop once it had been delivered but not there on collection. Advised them and they keep telling me DPD will write to me - Order was placed 17th March.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Retailer is responsible for the goods until they arrive with me in person, they even refused to acknowledge this Consumer Rights Act.
I have put it in the hands of American Express now to ensure this gets refunded.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
OTHER BUSINESSES WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS I AM SURE.

Disappointed with Aftercare and Warranty Support

I purchased a pair of UGG Tasman slippers for £103.50 (discounted from approximately £125) in November. They were worn only a handful of times and were in excellent condition.
To maintain them properly, the official UGG care kit was purchased separately from UGG. The slippers were cleaned strictly in accordance with the written instructions provided and the step-by-step guidance on UGG’s official YouTube channel. The cleaner was diluted correctly, both slippers were cleaned evenly, dried naturally at room temperature, and were not brushed while wet.
After cleaning, one slipper developed a clear and permanent colour variation and texture change, leaving the pair visibly mismatched.
UGG declined my claim, stating this was not a manufacturing defect. No inspection, restoration option, or return assessment was offered — only links to care advice and paid cleaning services.
The slippers were less than two months old when the issue arose and the manufacturer’s own care product was used exactly as directed. I am disappointed that no practical resolution was offered in these circumstances

Their slippers were too small

Their slippers were small, so i went through their exchange system.
The slippers were then lost in the system by the delivery and now they won’t give me a replacement or a refund.
I can see this is the same from many people, seems quite corrupt

Poor delivery experience

I received a text to give me a delivery time so made sure I was home.
Later that day, I received an email to say my order had been delivered to a collection point, which I did not request. Upon contacting UGG, the usual chatbot unhelpful service. Then received an email from customer service saying, delivery was attempted and a calling card was left. Definitely not the case. When collected, the parcel was torn open and the shoe box damaged. I thought UGG was a reputable company and would provide a better service than this. Will think twice before I use the company again.

They are scammers.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They both did not fit my husband's feet. I returned them back straight away. UGG refunded just for one pair of shoes. Proof of return from Post Office has been provided, but they said that Post Office made a mistake.
I left with -114.99 GBP.

Avoid - dreadful service

I want to give zero stars but it wasn't an option.
Almost impossible to get customer services, Chat function is useless. Eventually after several days CS emailed - My order was lost by DPD which DPD and Ugg acknowledged but Ugg won't refund as they say they have to wait until it's out for delivery. BUT the original is lost and no replacement shipped.

Give me my refund! Returned women’s size 5 Uggs on the…

Returned women’s size 5 Uggs on the 19/12/25 as they were too big. Dropped the parcel off (which had Uggs preprinted returns label attached) to my local DPD drop off point in Matalan, was given a receipt.
Checked DPD tracking which confirmed the parcel was delivered back on the 22/12/25. But no refund has been received.
I have lost count of the times I’ve contacted UGG. I’ve sent them my proof of drop off receipt & screenshots of DPD tracking.
When I finally hear back, Ugg said they haven’t received the parcel at their warehouse.
Their next email is that the receipt I’ve provided isn’t the right one! Well, it’s the one given to me when I dropped the parcel off!
It’s just ridiculous as a took the parcel to the DPD drop off with their return label & was given a receipt, if there’s an issue with DPD that’s not my problem, it’s for them to resolve with DPD who are their chosen carrier. I don’t know but it seems DPD have mixed the return up but it could be UGG not registering the return at their warehouse?!
I’m so disappointed in UGG as rather than put their all into helping their customer they appear to treat you as someone trying to rip them off!
This has really upset me as it’s an £100 refund that I’ve been waiting over a month for, completely unacceptable service.
Do the right thing UGG, I ordered from you in good faith & returned it as per the returns policy so if something has gone wrong or been mixed up between you & DPD that’s for you to sort out not withhold my refund.

poor quality and customer service from UGG (UK)

I purchased a pair of boots from UGG UK on 4 December 2025. After wearing them approximately ten times, I noticed damage on the edge of the left boot. I contacted UGG UK on 5 January 2026 to report the issue.

UGG took a long time to respond, and eventually rejected my request for a replacement, stating that the damage was accidental. I strongly disagree with this conclusion. This was my first purchase from UGG, and I have taken great care of the boots. I never worn in rain or snow, and were used under normal conditions only.

Considering the price of the product, I find the quality and durability disappointing. The handling of my complaint was also unsatisfactory, as the response was slow and lacked reasonable consideration of the situation.

Based on this experience, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service provided by UGG, and I would not recommend purchasing their products. Never buy UGG again. Their goodwill is bad.

I absolutely love Uggs but am…

I absolutely love Uggs but am absolutely outraged by their customer service. I unfortunately received the wrong item in October. I returned it immediately and after many many emails back and forth have still not received the refund of £160. They’ve completely stopped responding to my emails. I’m extremely disappointed.

Defective product – no response from UGG UK

I purchased a pair of UGG footwear from the official UGG UK website. The shoes are defective and unusable. I first contacted UGG on December 30 regarding a warranty claim and followed up several times, including sending photos and detailed information on January 14.

Despite my repeated attempts, I have received no response at all from UGG UK. The lack of communication is unacceptable and shows a serious failure to uphold customer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I am now forced to escalate this matter through Citizens Advice and, if necessary, Trading Standards, as I cannot get any resolution directly from the company.

I advise anyone purchasing from UGG UK to be aware that defective products may not be addressed in a timely manner.

Missing parcel

DPD has “delivered” my parcel on 30th December, I was home all day and received a notification that they have “delivered” only for the picture of the door to be some random property. Never had this issue with DPD ever before. It’s taken 22 days for Uggs to finally get back to me about issuing a refund after using the ai chat and several emails and emailing the director in an effort to get any response.

Do not order uggs on their website, just go to the physical store. The customer service is TERRIBLE, you are forced to talk to an ai bot on the website and then it takes days/weeks for anyone to email you with a basic response. There’s no contact number so trying to ask for help is basically impossible. If you are in this position trying to get a refund, just keep pushing them.

Absolutely appalling customer service and having to take legal advise as they have received my return and failing to refund! I've sent order numbers, tracking receipts/proof of postage and still nothing. Very concerning.
