If I could rate a zero. I would. Purchased 4 items for $118.
The quality was awful. The Celtic chunky knit sweater was a poor quality hoodie with a print that looks like knitting, but not anything near what I ordered. All of the 3 other items were not as depicted or described. I contacted customer service and was told my case would be worked. A week later I got another message saying they wanted photos. I took photos of each item from their ad, and what I received. I was told the case would go to the returns department and if I didn’t get any answer after 10 business days, I should get back in touch with them. 10 days came and went when I messaged with them again. They told me I could return the items to them and get a refund. I looked up a postal quote. The cost to send these back to China would be $59.02.
I told them I wanted another option besides send it back to them. They said I could get a $60 refund. I opted to just take it this had already gone on for over 2months. When I responded to their $60 refund, they told me the case was closed. They re-opened the case and offered me 20%. I was so sick of them at this point, I just said fine. From my order in December to the refund in May was ridiculous.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PHOTOS OF MERCHANDISE ARE FALSE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.

I ordered a hoody that was advertised at 100% cotton, when received it was polyester. I initiated a return and they kept saying they would look into it, they gave me the run around for months before they finally just stopped responding. Do not shop here

A fuir !! les articles ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos. Les robes en dentelles n'ont pas de dentelle mais juste une impression de je ne sais pas quoi. La chemise en lin n'est pas en lin mais un tissus bas de gamme et brillant rien a voir avec du lin. Ne perdez pas votre argent !!

I was so excited to get my 5 items, but when they arrived, they were cheap, polyester items. Bad screens on them as well. I should have checked the reviews first. Do not shop here. I didn't even return the items as they were garbage.

Item received was NOT the item pictured! What i ordered was a beautiful, embroidered, linen dress. What i got was a cheap, acrylic, printed piece of tat.
Getting a refund. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Utterly horrible quality. I say there add online, and it looked promising, didn't see a rating till after I had sent a buy to them, they refused to send a stop to the buy though I asked for them to do so within the first few hours, instead they asked for more reasons, then got the shipment out a few days afterwords.

Quality was the worst I have ever bought online. Ink on the shirts was cloudy; quality of shirts will be suitable for wiping toilet and kitchen spills. Didn't match online images at all.

They are fraudulent, DO NOT BUY from them.

Le site a de jolies photos de vêtements, j'en ai donc commandés quelques uns pour voir, il se trouve que ce que j'ai reçu est de très mauvais qualité et n'a aucun rapport avec les vêtements pris en photo sur le site, cela fait maintenant trois mois que je demande toutes les semaines un remboursement et je suis toujours mis en attente. Ce site est une ARNAQUE.

If I could I would choose Zero - Zero Stars. The company is fradulent and even admitted to giving a poor experience. • Issue: The website described the sweaters as "hunky celtic knotted jacquard sweaters." The product images showed beautiful, knitted sweaters with intricate patterns, suggesting a high-quality, stylish design. However, the sweaters received did not match these descriptions in any way and were only poor-quality photos on the material of fake jacquard knitting on cheap fleece.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered a top that had flowers sown onto it. I got a flimsy piece of fabric that had a photograph of the flower design printed on it. I asked for a refund and have been getting the run-around for over a month ("we'll contact our finance manager'). DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON MEN.

Added an item to my cart but fortunately found all the negative reviews before ordering. Removed the item. Now I'm constantly bombarded with emails from them saying I've left items in my cart and to complete my purchase. Also found this company has multiple sites with different names but all the same products.
Note: date of experience is when I wrote this review. They're emails have been ongoing for months.

Ordered a nice looking knot yarn sweater and got a cheap print, way too small ugly PRINT shirt. My son wears a 2x and I order a 3x for comfort, still too small. Ruined and disappointed birthday present. I got the words "a cumbersome" process, what does that even mean? Horrible site DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! If there was a choice to submit pictures, I would because i have them.

Its a scam - avoid. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

This sweatshirt looked and was labeled as 'embroidered' on their website. It was absolutely NOT the case. Rather, the images were poorly printed on the literal worst fabric ever. You can barely even read the images.

The sweatshirt color was also way off. Rather than a forest green like in the picture, it was a weird lime green color.

Finally, the sweatshirt had the worst smell when the bag was opened, likely due to the awful material.

I submitted for a refund, but I highly doubt I will be getting one...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE SITE!!

Update: I did request a refund. They asked for photos, which I sent, bug have not heard back. It's been more than 2 weeks.

What an awful site! They advertise an actual chunky knit sweater and what you get is a sweatshirt with a chunky knit print on it. False advertisement at it's best!

I would give a zero, and big fat 0 if I could. This is absolutely a scam/lie! The products I received were not what they show on the order website. I would never ever buy from this website again!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. I ordered several items of clothing and some cowboy boots that I've been looking for for a long time. This was back in December. Iknow for sure that the boots are made by an American company, but are several seasons old and discontinued. After several emails they told me to be patient that all their items are produced in their factory and take time to produce. (First lie!) They said part off my shipment was delivered in January. (Second lie) It never arrived. I tried contacting the shipping company, but their website is in Chinese and I'm not able to contact them in China. All of my emails requesting updates and now refunds take at least a week for a response and then they tell me they aren't responsible for refund but will notify the correct department that I have requested a refund. WTH? I wish I had find these reviews before ordering from them. I would never have thrown my money away. At this point I have no reason to believe I'll ever receive anything I ordered. Is there any way to reconcile this? Or do they get away with it because I'm in the US and powerless to deal with Chinese companies? I'm furious.

I am absolutely disappointed and will NEVER use this site again! What they promote as a product is an absolute lie! I spent $70 on what was pictured as a beautiful knit cardigan...what I got...was a cheap...looked like it was worth $5...polyester looking button up shirt with a PRINT of a knit cardigan on it. Trying to get money back has been said to be an arduous task and so first offewd me 30% back to avoid the long process...then offered FORTY PERCENT...imagine...forty percent of of my $70 for something they LIED about...falsely advertised...so that would be around $30? Absolute insanity! Save yourself time and money and NEVER use Uflashion
