The items they sell are absolutely rubbish and nothing like the pictures have emailed them and told them I will refer them to trading standards if they don't give me a refund

I ordered shirts that were originally advertised as linen shirts. During the ordering process, this was corrected to linen blend fabric. The linen content is not noticeable. The shirts are basically made of plastic and are of incredibly poor quality. I have been trying to return the goods for 6 weeks (!!!). There is no return form, so you have to deal with Uflashion by email. You are put off and fobbed off the whole time. After 6 weeks and many emails, I still have not been given any information about how to return the goods. I still do not have an address to send the goods to and no details about the return. Of course, I have not got my money back either. The return is being deliberately obstructed and made as difficult as possible. They are speculating that the customer will give up in exasperation.

I ordered two pieces of clothing and to say that this website is disgracefully false with the pictures and descriptions of their products is an understatement. I ordered what I thought was a woollen hoodie with embroidered design and a pair of pants supposed cotton/linen mix again with embroidered design and what I got was the cheapest dirt fabric with abysmal quality. I am now in the process of trying to return them and get a refund. When I tried to get the details of doing this I actually got a headache trying to figure it out which is a deliberate move on their part to scam people out of getting their money back. This company is fraudulent.

Unbelievable on the website it says linen and I resive polyester and a bad and heavy polyester, be careful this site is a scam.

Meiner Meinung nach nur Betrug am Kunden! Habe zwei Hosen bestellt die nicht annähernd so aussahen wie auf den Bildern u wollte direkt eine Retoure einläuten. Laut Webseite von Uflashion sollte dies auch möglich sein. Entspricht nicht der Wahrheit, man bot mir nach permanenter Nachfrage einen Gutschein an. Den wollte ich nicht. Seitdem schreibe ich gefühlt mit einer KI hin und her die mich immer wieder wissen lässt sich um "meinen Vorgang" kümmern zu wollen. Blödsinn.
Ich ärgere mich über mich selbst u kann Uflashion nicht im Ansatz empfehlen.

Die geschickte Ware entsprach in keiner Weise den Abbildungen auf der Website, und die Stoffe waren von miserabler Qualität. Das ist vorsätzliche Täuschung und Betrug der Kunden! Eine Adresse des Herstellers HANGZHOUWAN5HY in China, No. 108 Changda Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, ist schwierig zu finden, Geldrückforderungen müssen mit komplizierten Formularen über ALIBABA gestellt werden! Vorsicht, besser nichts bestellen!

If I could give this no stars I would. Jacket was nothing like the picture and the colours were awful! Not only that I ordered large and this was so small it would maybe fit a ten year old! DO NOT order anything from this company in China. It’s a total scam 🤬

The dress I ordered was nothing like the product picture. Cheap fabric, cheap print. Totally NOT worth the money I paid. Only thing that was fine, was the size.

Saw this site and ordered 3 shirts from them. as I like my shirts baggy for the hot summer months, I ordered them in a 3XL size (I normally wear an XL) These shirts are so tiny, I can't get them on let alone wear them. As I was on an extended work trip, it was longer than their 14 day return allowance when I got to try them on, so I guess I'm stuck with some expensive shop rags. I will say the construction of these shirts is very good, but they are useless to me.

Its been a month since I ordered with not so much as a tracking number. They have one email for the business and they say you have to contact the correct department but give you no number or email. You are trapped.

Clothing items I ordered were different than the pictures and description. And then the earrings that I ordered had rusty ear wires.
Then they refused to do a refund.Even the same day it arrived. After weeks of back and forth, all they offered was a discount coupon for future purchases, which will never happen. So I have a bag full of essentially trash that I can't return and it cost way too much.

you could take a trash bag and make a better garment than what they sell. it's absolute garbage. claims to be 'linen', cheap, extra thin polyester. I wouldn't give a dime for it let alone the $25 they scammed me out of. the jewelry I ordered isn't what I received. again, cheap gum ball jewelry. save time, take your money and go throw it into the street because it will be just as wasted.

Zero! Bad photo of a denim garment printed on some artificial fabric. No tag or other info regarding what the fabric is made of. Certainly not a natural material. What a complete flop! I paid approximately $30 each for cotton dresses with ruffles and got the cheapest possible $5 plain shifts made out of non-breathable fabric and poorly sewn to boot!

Lo que me llegó es más bien tres fundas de almohada con agujeros para los brazos y cabeza y el diseño ( ese que era precioso) impreso con mala calidad.
Hubiera conseguido lo mismo en un rastro por 20 euros ( me deje casi 150 en las "fundas de almohada")

I have read all of the reviews here as I have also just had a similar experience with the above seller (under the name uflashion).

I spent two weeks trying to get a refund and to return the items but they kept stalling me or simply ignoring me.

Then I contacted my payment broker (in my case PayPal) and opened a dispute. You can open a dispute for many reasons INCLUDING IF YOUR ITEMS WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED!

This will take you no more than 30 minutes to fill out but is well worth it if you want your money back!

Take screenshots of all of your correspondence with the seller. This is essential and will prove that you have engaged without a reasonable response from them.

Also take a screenshot of the returns policy page.

Write out a detailed description of the problem you faced (poor quality product, item not as described etc.) and get ready to copy and paste it in for each item you are disputing.

Include all your details and fill out the form completely.

Once you submit the form it will be sent to the seller. Paypal will inform you that you have a certain amount of time to resolve this. You are under NO obligation to correspond with the seller but if you do then only do it through paypal and not through any other means.

Any time before the deadline expires you can go back in and escalate your case. This will get Paypal to review the information you have given them and any correspondence that has taken place. If they see that you have not been offered a reasonable resolution to your request then they can withdraw funds from the seller to refund you.

Det sämsta företaget att köpa av. Bara bluff. Verkar vara ett företag som ska gynna Ukraina men är kinesiskt och tar galet lång tid att få produkterna och sen är storlekarna fel, kvaliteten skräp, passformen efter en köttbulle. När man sen önskar en adress för att återsända så får man ingen. Man får rådet att sälja kläderna till en kompis istället. Argumentet är att det är kostsamt och tar lång tid att få tillbaka pengarna. VARNING för extremt oseriöst företag.

The clothing I was sent DOES NOT MATCH the products as pictured and described on the website. The fabric is some stiff and rigid poly blend instead of the light weight flowing fabric that is pictured on the website. The images are imprinted on the fabric (some imprints are very inferior with smears and poor registration), NOT embroidered as described. I feel foolish for having been suckered like this. There is NO possible way I would wear them.
To make matters worse I have spent over 2 months pursuing some kind of acceptable conclusion. I have been denied the possibility to return the items for a refund. I even offered to pay the return shipping charge. Instead they offered me a 20% coupon to forget the whole thing! Why would I want to purchase anything else from them?
