We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify that this situation does not reflect an issue with our payment procedures. After a thorough internal review, your account was flagged for clear violations of our Bonus Terms and Conditions. As stated in our policy, accounts engaging in bonus abuse or activities that breach our conditions cannot proceed with withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
While we understand this may be disappointing, we are committed to protecting a fair trading environment for all clients. If you believe there has been an error, you are welcome to contact our support team directly so we can review the case with you once again.
We stand by the integrity of our processes and remain fully transparent with all clients who follow our terms.
