Title:* Account terminated and profit confiscated - Account 306710

I deposited $50 and made profit through news trading on Gold. My account 306710 was terminated without warning.

I received email stating my trading is "abusive" and my profit will be deducted. No proof of price manipulation or technical abuse was provided. They only returned my initial deposit.

This is unfair because news trading is not prohibited in their Client Agreement. I requested evidence from Risk Team but got only template replies.

I have reported to FSA Seychelles. Waiting for resolution.

We would like to clarify that standard news trading is fully permitted on our platform. However, your account was flagged and reviewed for severe strategy abuse involving double hedging through executing opposite high-volume trades across multiple accounts right before high-impact news events.

As outlined in our Client Agreement, any form of trading abuse is strictly prohibited. In line with our standard protocol, your original deposit was refunded in full, and the affected profits were deducted.

Our support and risk teams have already shared the relevant details via email, but please feel free to reach out directly if you have further questions.

UEXO experience

I've been using UEXO for my trading activities for some time now. I've been impressed with the withdrawal speed and their quite helpful Customer Support. They have helped me greatly with their client portal which is quite interesting to use.

I’ve had the opportunity to see the business from the inside, and I’m genuinely proud of what we’ve built. There’s a strong culture of professionalism, transparency, and constantly pushing to improve the client experience. Fast withdrawals, reliable execution, responsive support, and taking client feedback seriously aren’t just selling points—they’re priorities across the business. It’s a fast-moving and demanding industry, but being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things properly makes the journey incredibly rewarding.
