I have spent hours trying to log into Tyro. There are too many codes, barriers and obstacles in the name of security, also for Tyro's internal processes.

untrustworthy company
after complaining of fees being taken out from my account over a month of no longer using tyro machines they agreed to refund the charge..14 days later and still no refund as agreed..untrustworthy company..

They have become a very scammy company
They have become a very scammy company. Sent me a faulty device, when I tried to return it they tried to keep the money saying that I didn't sent it back, after giving them proof they accepted to refund but they will take a month to release the money, for absolutely no reason. Also got charged for other accessories they never sent.

Rude staff member on the phone when we missed our first minimum payment. We were unaware there was a minimum payment each month for the Tyro loan facility only to be told quite aggressively we should know this already and then told "we need payment right now".

A monthly fee of $34.39 is rediculous for a new group ( men's shed ) that don't use the machine monthly, as a not for profit organisation it makes it very hard to make ends meet.
