Very helpful in running business great help in support in times of need paying expenses and bills when the finance is short. But really need an increase amount to help setting up another brunch.

Terrible service Their hands are tied to provide an optimal business service. For months, I have been going back and forward trying to change bank account details due to previous signatories or account holders leaving the practice. Despite dealing with 2 or 3 representatives the entire time, 'regulations' dictate to protect me but instead I'm wasting hours trying to receive my money in the right accounts. Have been using Tyro for a couple of years now. Never a surprise. Never an issue. This has been a really positive experience for us. We have used the finance a couple of times which for us has also been very useful.

Very easy to deal with...some one always available to help with issues

It’s been almost 2 weeks now and the accounts team hasn’t called me back about a rate for my new eftpos machine. I called to get it changed as my existing unit has stopped working and is old. Was told that I would be called back within 5 business days, I also followed up a week after and was advised that the accounts team will call me and they still haven’t. This is definitely not the way to treat a customer who has been with tyro since your first year in business. I may very well be persuaded to agree with the other supplier that points out ‘service still matters’

I am very utterly disappointed in how Tyro has try to resolve the case. Around Oct/Nov 2024, we have requested our accounts to be closed and we have returned all the EFTPOS terminal to the sydney headquarters. From Dec 2024 onwards we are still being charged the rental fees till today which is outrageous. Yesterday in one of my business partner's review, Angela said she would like to hear more information from our end. Instead of hearing from us, we were slapped with another $300 invoice wthout any notices or communications. This is very unethical, unprofessional and Australian Financial Authorities need to look into not my case but these people who reviewed over the last 6 months that experience the same thing as we did. I strongly recommend everyone of you to becarefulof this devil and greedy company.

I wish there was a 0 star, this was the worst eftpos provider I have dealt with. Around October/November 2024, we have requested to close the account for Tyro and one of the representatives mentioned that was fine and a return sachet bag is given to us to return your EFTPOS machine.

We have returned two of the machines that was requested per instruction to the nearest local post office in the city of Melbourne at Collins St to process the delivery back to your office.

You have been charging us rental terminal fees from December onwards until today. Due to failure to provide the services of closing the account since Oct/Nov last year, ongoing charges, we have escalated this to AFCA as this matter has been dragged on for 9 months and still charging us a service we are not using.

whatever we ask tyro is been very accomodating

Hi guys my experience with this company very very bad they are very not honest and they are not professional I try their product is very bad. It’s not useful. It’s complicated and they don’t put the exact money in all transactions. They keep on taking money out of you and out of the customer, they deduct $1000 And they said they’re gonna to give it to me back as soon as I give them back their machine I sent their machine back. I rang them five times different occasions they said yeah they gonna processing it. They never did and they stole $1000 off me. My advice do not ever use this company. They are thieves.
