I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are a disgrace of an organisation and I will be reporting them to ACCC, ASIC and the like. Happily take your money on time everytime but when you cancel your subscription get ready for the games drawn out over a 6+month period. Requesting that POS needs be to sent back in a specific bag which they supply but never even send, no honouring credit amounts as agreed, and then somehow not being able to credit back into an account of which they just direct debited out again two weeks prior.

WORST SERVICE EVER, IRRESPONSIBLE

WORST customer service ever. I have initiated contact since early July and have not reached any resolution to my concern raised, and TYRO continues to hold on to my funds till this date. Its been more than 5 weeks. You guys stop providing any call back and email responses takes ages only responding that you will get in touch once the matter is resolve which I never hear any updates. Furthermore, should I get in touch with any of the staff, they will call you at the end of the day only to tell you that the supervisor is not in so they cant address the matter, and will get the team to call the next day, WHICH THEY NEVER DO. They have wasted so much of my time, and continues to patronise me with my concerns. I am still waiting for a call back of the past 5 days.

When you sing up it is fast, when you need something else you have to sit on the phone for hours. Still waiting for a consultant to get back to me regarding eftpos costs. at this stage think you are going to loose by business to Smartpay !

Tyro great for business

Dont like how it takes a while for payments to be received in to other accounts via eft.. ie not instant. Love te customer service.. love easy access and application of the loan facility. Would be good to be able to apportion a % of all takings to the loan not just merchant transactions. Also would be good to be able to allocate a % of any takings to a seperate account within Tyro for savings or tax etc.

False information for interview

Do you know that you guys have the worst Hiring manager for a job for Tyro broker job in Perth. You guys say I am selected for a interview. I didn't get a email to set a schedule for the interview and then after that then 1 week and half later it says I was not successful anymore . What is this 😡, did you know I had to turn down other interviews to set a schedule for a interview from you guys. If you at first don't think I fit for the job then don't say I am scheduling for a interview and at the end not anymore. You guys are a terrible company for employment and false information for candidates that was supposed to be getting a schedule for a interview.
